As a first time customer I was very satisfied with the initial experience of meeting with a service consultant and explaining my needs. The facility is very clean and has a nice welcoming atmosphere. My second visit to have my vehicle serviced was not so great. One of the consultants was using foul language at the service desk. After getting my vehicle back, I had to go back the next day again because they had broken the oil gasket.

My son just got a car from there a couple weeks ago didn’t even pay first car payment and throttle body problem and has coverage and they are still yet to give him an appointment to fix it brand new car and issues wow that is not right people come to get cars and have problems what is going on definitely need to fix it I know of others that just got new cars and not even paid a payment and been there several times problems not fixed looking into calling better business bureau and a lawyer makes u wonder wheee these new cars Von from people work hard and two weeks later a problem wit a car wow

My daughter and I went to look for a car and found one she liked at a cost of $28,600. They let her drive it home and I put down over $3,700 on it. When it came time to sign the loan papers the cost of the car was over $37,000 with an additional $5000 added on to make the cost over $42,000. I inquired who marked up the car that much and neither the sales guy or the finance guy would admit it. They took the sticker from the car and disposed of it so I could not see the actual price but I was able to print off the sticker from their website before they removed it. I returned the car the next morning and wanted my deposit back. They refused to give me my money back and said I could not return the car. I left with the car sitting in the parking lot and they now have it for sale again but I still have not received my deposit back. Why would you keep the deposit when you have the car back on the lot for sale? I guess this is how they stay in business by keeping money that they are not entitled too.They are not a trustworthy dealer and who would mark up a car by $14,000 over asking price. Please avoid doing business with them.

Took my car in for the routine maintenance. After awhile of waiting, received the car very dirty on the outside. Black grease or sludge smeared on both sides. It was disgusting to look at. Supposed to be washed and vacuumed but neither of that happened. I also do not think they knew what kind of car it was. Gave paperwork like it’s a normal vehicle and not a hybrid. Also, they were supposed to check on the engine light that came on and get a part for it along with the key fob, but they don’t really try to connect with you. So they ordered the part and I have never been back for service because they don’t try to follow up. They are probably high and don’t care. When I went there, it reeked of marijuana in the area I was sitting. Nothing wrong with that, but looks like it makes them laid back and not want to communicate. Don’t think I’ll be back, service on the paperwork not done and lack of trying to get ahold of you saying the part is here let’s schedule it.

I will never go to the Findlay dealership again we bought a 2020 Jeep Saraha of which the saleman Derek Quiroga sold to us. The jeep had to be jump started for us to test drive we were told it had set for awhile ( which was a lie) but it was my dream car so we continued the deal before signing the paperwork we asked Derek if there was a battery issue and he said the batteries were fine so we continued the deal. 3 days after getting the jeep it was dead and then preceded to happen three more times before it had to be jumped and brought back to the dealership which they wanted to charge us 95 $ too look at it which they did waive but then ( less then a week of owning ) wanted to charge us 800$ to replace both batteries. Dereck and the mangers were contacted and no call or texts were returned . My fiancé went to try to speak to management and was upset and escorted out which went back a second time with a friend to retrieve the jeep that would not start and had to be jumped to bring it home, we then with in the first week paid to have both batteries changed. I have bought two vehicles in the past from this dealership so this is how loyal customers are treated. I would definitely not go there if you’re in the market for a used car. We were treated horribly and lied too !!

Austin Ratliff was my goto for my anti theft and anti corrosion upgrade appt. He pointed out my air filter needed replacement and gave me a discount. I found the wall plug had a USB port while I waited which was nice so my phone didn't die. Had a nice chat with Tyce. He went to school with my son a long time ago. Service was nice and professional.

Highly recommend going here for a car! Staff members are very polite and courteous! My sales representative Gage knew exactly what to look for and he provided me with a car I will forever love! Super fast service and they make sure you’re 100% taken care of!

Took my daughter's car to have her sun roof looked at since it wouldn't open. They said one of the motors were bad, but had to change both of them (they don't communicate?) After they replaced both motors we went to get it and it still didn't work. No one even checked it to see if it worked. Now it is back in to have the track fixed. That should have been the first thing they checked! No one called to let us know if it was done or not. We actually had to go there to find that out. It was not done and they would have to keep it. I asked for a loaner car since all of have to work. They didn't have one available. I asked to test drive a car overnight just to be able to get everyone to work, the sales manager was no longer there to get that ok'd since it was after 5pm. Maybe we could have gotten something worked out if there had been some communication prior to 5pm. Today I have left messages with no one returning my call. I can definitely say we will not be back.

I had to put in my information when I was shopping around for cars to "see price" and instead of showing me the price, they've been calling or texting me daily even after being told I'm not interested. I've blocked multiple numbers and yet they still keep contacting me. Do yourself a favor and go to Tom Ahl. They're not predatory, and they won't harass you.

The worst dealership experience I've ever had. The only reason we bought the car is that it's rather uncommon. The salesman started with the most condescending thing I've ever experienced; he pulled out a chart with a triangle and some labels on it and proceeded to explain the effect of personal finances, monthly income, on-hand capitol, and the cost of the car. Even tho we had already stated that we were making all all cash purchase! We finally got thru all the paperwork, and the finance staff was great! But, they brought the car into a separate garage bay where they hand you the keys. The car, all washed and dried, with deep maroon paint and black trim, was completely covered with horrible swirls. I said, "you're joking! You're, seriously, going to deliver this car in this condition?!? I used to work in a dealership, this would never have been acceptable!" Then, instead of offering any solution, they proceeded to make excuses as to why it was that way. They even brought out the items they used to dry the car off, cheap dollar-store mops! Properly waxed, now, for around $100.00 it's perfectly fine.

Brand new building and layout is well thought out. Waiting area is comfortable but sales area half showroom floor and half cubicles. My opinion is there should be room for more than 3 cars. Still, highly recommend you try them out.

Just bought a 2021 Ford Explorer today and the service was top tier. Brennan was patient, helpful, and willing to help, unlike a lot of salesmen I’ve dealt with in be past. He even colored with my two year old and brought her snacks while we waited. Helped me switch everything from my old car to new. Great guy, 100% will go through them again!!

If I could go 0 stars I would. I called and was told there was a sonata hybrid available to test drive. I drive 45 mins from Toledo and there is no hybrid there. No apologies. Seemed like a bait and switch.I test drive a sonata N line and we ended up liking it. We were never told of the 5k+ market adjustment scam or I never would have wasted time applying. We find out at the end and they refused to budge. I walked out. I made a promise to myself that any dealer who did market adjustments and was greedy I’d never do business with. They weren’t marking cars down anyway so most dealers were making a record profit and less work by having to sell less cars as well.They have the gull to call me and ask me where I got the car and if I’d recommend them to anyone or buy my next car there. NO! You burn me once, that’s it. Don’t give their “pledges” any mind, they don’t operate by them.

I was looking for a tire pressure gauge while on a road trip as one of the vehicle tires was over inflated after the rim had been repaired by a third party. I stopped off the highway at one of the large gas stations. I spotted across from the station a new Hyundai dealership. Taylor Hyundai of Findlay.The service advisor, Austin Ratliff, was great! He looked after checking and adjusting the tire pressures right away. He offered a complimentary wash and vacuum on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe purchased out of state.I asked about after the restroom...he showed me the way and pointed out the waiting room, water, and coffee stand for me to enjoy. I felt as if I had been treated like royalty! And back on the road in less than 20 minutes.Definitely recommend the dealership for the level of service!
