Never did my license plate never fixed said. I got 2 keys to car. Got. The manager never. Me. Or the sales man john. Was the talent and wash and clean. It never did that either.Is how. They treat people there never help you never call you never do anything. Sad news with the Findlay Kia dealer. Everything low values. At this. Dealer ship. SAD. So said to bad. I'm very happy to say that Jerry Gerken is an awesome man. After talking to my husband and finding out what I was looking for, he came through and got me the car that I wanted. It's not the blue one that I wanted but I fell in love with the silver beauty instead and I won't trade it for anything. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a great car to go to Jerry.

1000% will recommend Taylor Kia- Findlay. My husband and I bought our vehicles from there and we love them! I bought my car yesterday and it was a great experience! The care salesman that was working with me was only trying to sell me a car that was brand new. Even though I had told him I wanted something under $15,000. He had me test drive 3-4 cars that he wanted me to buy and then when it came to a payment he tried giving me a $500-$550 a moth car payment. So then I seen a car that was a few years older and asked about it and he said I have a car to show you that I might like and ya the outside was ok but the inside looked like complete hell. It was all torn up and looked like someone sat there and pulled all the leather off the seats. I know why he did that to push me away from looking at an older car but I knew it was a trick so that's why I left and went to a different dealership to get a car. Definitely isn't the way to go about getting someone to buy a car. But anyway thanks for doing that because if I wouldn't have walked away and went to a different lot I wouldn't have found the best car ever at an awesome price! And a payment I can actually afford!

My husband and I had the best car buying experience at the Findlay Kia dealer for my 2023 Kia Sorento SX! Journey and the whole team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They even stayed after closing to finish everything and make sure our car was detailed and ready to take home same day.

Buyer beware! After finding a SUV on their website with a listed MSRP I went to the dealership to check it out. I spent a considerable time looking at the vehicle without any salesman coming out to help so I went into the showroom. Numerous salespeople sitting at their desks and only one broke away from talking to his friend to help me.First issue/question I had was what the small sticker on the windshield stating the car is priced higher than the stated MSRP because it's a high demand vehicle. They wanted to jack the price up an additional $4000 over MSRP. That's deceptive advertising in my books. Show the inflated price on your website if your going to try to rip people off.My 2nd question was a simple one. The sticker stated it was set up for towing and I wanted to know if it included a factory installed hitch. The salesman had no clue and said he'd have to research that sometime. No offer to contact me with an answer just he'd have to look into it. He never offered me a business card or anything else just turned around and walked away.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER SEEN!!!Paid $400 for new key fobs only to be ghosted for weeks on end about getting them while my key fob is so falling apart I can barely start the car or lock the doors!!!Called every day for weeks only to be transferred to various voicemails that promise to call you right back…..NOT ONE RETURN PHONE CALL!!Even left several emergency messages for “Carl the parts manager”…I’m wondering if he even exists?!Shameful and totally incompetent!!!!
