Extremely satisfied. I looked at a few places for prices on tires and needed a decent set. Some places were very pricy for the same brands. Overall all I liked the price but loved the service more. I decided to wait in the lobby for the service, and I was surprised by the number of walk-ins and calls the front desk folks received. Not once did they seem overwhelmed, and every conversation I overheard was someone going above and beyond on a very busy day. I look for price and customer service where ever I do business and I was grateful I choose this place.

I’ve always had good quality, prompt service at this Belle Tire location in Findlay. I recently went in to get a screw removed from my front tire and they were able to repair and plug the tire within a very short time even though they were fully booked for the morning. I appreciate their willingness to work with customers schedules and budgets on repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend this Belle Tire location.

Shady, overpriced, not much selection. Play manipulation games with tires available and warranty to influence your purchase. Thought I was a stupid woman, produced a report saying that my front tie rods and other parts need replacing, costing $2000. Said they couldn't do the alignment that was included with the tire cost. Had it checked out by my mechanic who said there was very little wear on the front end and did not need anything. Plus when two different cars were picked up, they were left outside unlocked, window down, and messy goop all over the brand new tires. Next time I find myself where I have to get a tire there (weekend, close by, etc) I will buy the cheapest thing to get me by, then go to a better place.

Im from out of town and the guys got to me quick and did an excellent job. All I had was a flat but they took care of me in a very quick and timely manner

Availability of service was good and price was right. They should pay a little more attention to detail though. 3 tires were inflated properly but one was 15 psi higher than it should have been.

They are TERRIBLE. they replaced my ball joints and 2 new tires, plus wheel alignment.. took it to a garage shortly after my ball joints where never greased, and all my bolts were loose and they never did an alignment... places like this need held accountable and shut down. Never ever go to belle tire.

I was supposed to head back to New Jersey today but found out I had a nail in a tire. I called Belle Tire this morning. They got me in right away and did a wonderful job of patching it so I can be on my way. Very impressed with their quick response and great service. Thank you Belle Tire!

I drive a Holman fleet car and specifically asked Tre to replace the windshield wipers and get it approved that way i wont have to pay for it. Never even put wipers on the work order. So ill have to pay for those i stead of the car company. Also they never changed my tire change dashboard warning and never gave me a sticker for when I’m next due for service.

Had a tire get shredded completely on the highway recently.
We took what remained of the tire & rim in for a replacement.
They had it swapped out to a new one in no time.
Service guys at the desk are very kind & quick to get people through.

They seem to screw it up every time I go. Today, I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and a tire repair…tire repair was free and oil change margins are small. I found out that the guy there was a walk in and they put him in front of me but told me that I had to do a drop off because they no longer do oil changes by appointment. Reality is they get better bonuses and margins on tire sales than oil changes. Never again!

Won't go into long story on this. I was traveling had a flat tire and made it to a local shop. Unfortunately they did not have the size tire I needed. They recommended Belle tire and said they should have one. Went to the store. I was first told I could not buy the tire and take it with me. I was then told that I had to pay with cash only. Avoid this place there is way to many places that sell tires to deal with this place.

Aug. 9, 2024, bought new set of tires from the Findlay Belle Tire and 8/11/25 have a small leak in the right front tire.
Called to take it in and they said, I could drop it off for a day and they should get to it or make an appointment for the next week. A 15 minute repair, with a lifetime warranty, and spending almost $1400, doesn't get you anything as far as customer service.
Have bought other tires in the past from them, but not again!

Went in at 5:45. Needed new tires bad. They were upfront, got me going. Helped me out with my rebates and I was out of there at 7:30. Friendly vibes. Will be going back (Hopefully not too soon!)

Got 4 new tires installed. Got 50 miles down the road & flatter than a pancake.
DO NOT GET TIRES HERE. TOLEDO HAS SEVERAL. GO ELSEWHERE.
