I want to rate negative, but I don’t have that option. When we tried to return one of the cosmetic product that we bought from TJMaxx Findlay, we had very worst experience. Kathleen was very rude and she didn’t listened to us and she is saying it cannot be returned and when I asked we are within return policy days and that should be considered, she told that as per policy she cannot return and I asked her to show the return policy that she told confidential. If it’s confidential return policy then why customer needs to buy the product from this store? It’s very very worst experience from Kathleen.

Store sells most of the old stock which are expired . Makeup products are the worst. Also they don’t value customer service. Manager Kathleen is very worst with her rude behaviour towards customers. She even could not find time addressing customer’s problems. Worst experience I ever had .

I had been searching for a very specific Steve Madden purse when I went to the Findlay location. I couldn’t find it in store so I asked the manager Haley if she had possibly seen it or knew if it were still coming in. She said that it’s possible and to check back in with them later to see if they had it available. I called back that same afternoon and Haley had told me that a representative named Rebekah had searched through all of their purses and found the only one that had come in! I was so happy I drove to TJMaxx right away and bought it. I am so happy with their customer service. I’ve never been treated so nicely by any other business. Was so incredibly sweet! Thank you to both of these ladies! They are the best!

There is a lot of different type of items there. Starting from baby stuff as in toys and clothing from adult stuff as in shoes undergarments to winter coats they sell shoes and also non perishable food items. It's kinda hard to find some items tho like clothing bc it's all thrown together the sizes aren't all in order and they don't have sections for the type of clothing it's just thrown together with some items it's not color coordinated either so it's somewhat hard to be able to find something you actually like and want to buy the staff are friendly other than that the store is a go to for me when it comes to clothing and items for around the house

I was in need of a new pair of sandals for vacation & found a couple I felt just ok about. Then I found 1 shoe but LOVED it. Looked all over for the match and even had a couple employees looking. The lady was so kind and took my name and phone number in case they found it later. 2 hours later she called and found the match!! They set the shoes aside for me to pick up later and made an exchange for the ones I left with originally. Such wonderful service and so thankful the ladies were so willing to help!! Ps I love the sandals!!

Can't return any food for a refund or store credit. Bought $8.00 bag pistachios last week. Ate a few and was stale and chewy.. gross.!!!!!!! Tried to returned today .. was told NO RETURNS!!!! I told counter associate to throw in trash .sad
