Came here 2 yrs ago while visiting daughter at UF, got a full brake service on my 2011 4runner. Good deal and service. Back up here from Atlanta now, came back to get front end components inspected/fixed; they road test and determine it's my old garbage tires. Other components are fine. So I got 4 new tires for decent deal. Finally whisper quiet on the road now instead of the loud vibrating I've dealt with for 6 months. Even though I live in Atlanta, I'll always try to save repair work for when I'm up here. These guys are honest and reliable. Thanks!

Not really happy with the Findlay Tuffy. I had suspension work done - shocks, struts, control arm, tie rod - done. When I picked the car up, the steering wheel was not straight. Called back and told it would be a while before it could be brought back in. After paying slightly more than $4000, one would expect that it would have been done correctly. I will find another shop that is more responsive to their customers and pay additional for work that should have been done before I picked the car up initially. Follow -Up...took to a different shop, checked alignment which was way off. Paid for another alignment and now the steering wheel is straight as it should be.

My daughter noticed odd noises and vibrations from the front of her car and called to tell me about it. I had her take it immediately to Tuffy Tire in Findlay. Though they were busy they took a look the next morning and found a loose wheel which could have been a disaster. They had the car fixed up and my daughter on her way to work later that day. Thanks to Tuffy!

I highly recommend this shop for any of your Automotive needs. The owner is very involved in the community and he took very good care of my college student. I called on a Friday morning and asked him how busy he was and he responded, I won't have any openings probably until Thursday. I told him my daughter was a student at University of Findlay and she's having grinding issues in the front end of her car. He said to me, in that case tell her to bring it to me and drop it off this morning. He called me midday to tell me that the car is going to need both front and rear brakes and when he told me the price I was shocked of what a good deal this was. Not only was this almost half the price I paid at other shops he was able to have it done and back to her by the end of the day. Not only did he have this done, he also was able to listen and offer words of encouragement to my daughter in which she was pretty upset. Thank you for the great work and impeccable customer service.

Exceptional service!
My vehicle broke down and was towed there. I was skeptical since I didn’t know them, but they went far beyond expectations. Service was timely and the cost was lower than expected. This is an honest repair shop with knowledgeable mechanics and excellent customer service. In addition to the work done they diagnosed that my battery was not holding a charge and instead of simply telling me that I needed a new battery they contacted the manufacturer and got it replaced free of charge. What other shop would do that?
I highly recommend them.

They have been amazing to work with and dealing with my car. I have had some issues with the check engine light and they have been wonderful in figuring out what is wrong with the light.
