The guy seemed nice enough. I did take time stamped photos of the return of the truck and I’m glad I did- because he tried to charge me for an entire extra day. Luckily customer service was able to receive my photos and refund me the $30 for the rental and $15 for the insurance I was charged.

The worst experience renting a vehicle. I called and spoke with the owner to reserve a truck. I was guaranteed a truck, the owner even said if he had to call around to his other stores he would make sure the truck was available. I arrived to the store the next day after driving 2 hours, only to be told no truck was available. I asked to speak to the owner who I spoke with the day before, only to be hung up on. I asked to be called by the owner as I now have to make another trip to move my items. Haven't received a call. Wasted my time and money and I still haven't moved my items. Will not trust this established again or uhaul as a whole.

Vehicle smelled horrible and dirty inside, they definitely are not disinfecting these trucks. You turn on the air-conditioning and all you smell is cigarettes. The gas tank wasn't even full, it was a little over half.

Tried to rent a truck to help move, after waiting 40 minutes on the phone to have the the lockbox opened I decided to cancel the order.Funny enough, the business owner called me within 10 minutes of cancelling my order to tell me I was wrong and that he had everything set up for me.Wouldn’t recommend ever using this facility. Try somewhere else and don’t bother using the online options, they don’t work.

Watched the employee pull out 10 minutes before they closed watched us walk up to the door and kept driving. Terrible. So disappointed in this place.

Just rented a 29 footer from them yesterday. Smooth and easy process getting the truck even with CoVid. Move went well. Took truck back before our close time and left keys. UHaul wants everything done on mobile app but it would not work. Spent the night wondering if we were going to be charged for 2 days not 1 but Shawn assured us that wouldn't happen. Shawn was very helpful, cared, and explained why his place would never double bill for returning early if office was closed. I would recommend them and I will use them in the future
