It was the first time I've had need to rent a pickup to move something I couldn't fit in my jeep. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. He answered all of my questions. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. The truck was clean and functioned perfectly. The rental price rate was fair. Definitely a 12 out of 10 experience.

Yesterday was a tough day for us. We had a truck failure north of here and had to rent a truck quickly. We were effectively stranded 150 miles from home, a still had hundreds of miles to travel. U-Haul sent us here because this location was open an hour later than the other. I'm glad they did. The gentleman that helped us showed genuine concern for our situation and comfort long before knowing our predicament. Kindness is their default position and that's a refreshing thing that this world needs much more of. Upon returning the equipment, we had to work our tools into a recently acquired rental car, it was going to be a tight fit so he helped by taking some of our trash. We were going to stuff it into the car and deal with it later but he went the extra mile and brought out a trash can. He didn't have to do that. Thank you for helping us today and yesterday. If I'm ever in Findlay again and need a truck. I won't go anywhere else.

Staff is phenomenal, helpful and very friendly. I had never hauled a trailer before and they helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommend to use them they are the best in Finley.

Had a Uhaul scheduled for today at 9:00am that I scheduled around 1:00pm yesterday. I called 4 times over a period of several hours to ensure my reservation went through, and all was ok (as usually I get a call to confirm), but no one ever answered and I couldn't leave a voicemail.

People were very nice, sadly it took almost an hour to rent a 17' truck, slow computer. I would rent there again only if I knew o would not be so delayed again. Also while you wait you can walk around the store and find some bizarre items, see picture.
