I hate this Verizon so much. Recently, my phone fully died and wouldn't even turn on. So I went into Verizon to see if they could help. They couldn't, so they tried to sell me a brand new phone. The phone I needed to get fixed wasn't even a year old. I asked if it had a warranty, and they said no. I was in there for two hours and eventually, I went to Best Buy, and it turns out the phone did have a warranty. I will not be going back.

Visited to get an upgrade for my phone, and could not have had a more smooth/better experience. The worker helping me made things easy and quick with no confusion or headaches! I recently had a terrible experience at a different Verizon location, so I was wary walking into another one. However, I could not have been taken care of better. If I could rate this place six stars I would. Will be going here from here on out for all of my Verizon related issues/inquiries!

BLUF/TLDR: this store is incompetent and/or scammers for commission, DO NOT GO HERE, go across town on tiffin Ave and use the real VerizonI went to this store to take my phones off military suspension as I was overseas for over 5 years. I also wanted to add my wife to one of my existing lines and delete the other existing line. The rep deleted both unused lines and added a whole new line which charge me several fees. The line they were supposed to add my wife to had a balance on it, when they deleted the line it then made it so the entire balance is due on my next bill rather than payments over time like it was supposed to be.UPDATE: I responded to their request to contact them, and was completely ignored, so as I stated above, keep clear of this garbage company.

One of our directors went in a couple of weeks ago....spent a lot on a new fold phone that is part of our Humane Society Account. Got the bill, they added 3 lines we have never heard of. She spent over 3 hours all together trying to fix the problem. Never were able to get hold of the store. Did get the lines removed, but have not been able to get the money back from the payment we were forced to make to avoid penalties. We will be switching services. Sad, we really liked Verison until this. Seems like sales are more important than customer service. This should have been an easy fix. We know mistakes are made, but it is how they are dealt with that matters.It looks like I reviewed the wrong store. The store we do business with is the one on Tiffin Ave near the TSC store.

Gabriel was patient and helpful as I got a new phone and downloaded all my data from my old one. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed like the corporate Verizon store.

Jordan, the assistant manager, was super patient and accommodating. I had my 15 month old with me and he made the entire experience as painless as possible. He even tried to get Mickey Mouse clubhouse playing on his tablet to help keep my son occupied. After transferring my service over to my new phone he made sure the old one connected to the WiFi so I was able to play Mickey Mouse for him.This location always exceeds expectations in every way possible.

TJ was really great helping me deal with my broken phone. Explained my options to me and in the end I was convinced I would be better off upgrading my phone, and gave TJ an amount I was able to work with and he made it all possible.

Words cannot express how grateful and humbled i am to TJ and josh who stuck with me at verizon. My purse was stolen and I lost all personal and health info. So with no cell and a piece of paper that the BMV printed off. Everyone he talked to said ID no: had to be send to my lost phone.hmm kinda hard to do that with a stolen phone. no way to get around it they said. With persistants TJ never gave up. If i could rate TJ and Josh I'd gives those boys 100. Yes it is there job but they never gave up.Thumbs up and a high five. Well worth the 3 hrs THANK-U.

My last plan was a promotion that included an iPad 8 for free. I should have know better. When I received my first statement it included 3 phone numbers. When I inquired, I was told that they had to assign a number to the iPad. The number cost me about. $64.00 a month for 2 years. That “free” ipad cost me well over $1,300 for a $349.00 iPad. I was scammed by these people in this store.I should have known that “free” was too good to be trueI will NEVER step foot in this store again. BUYER BEWARE!I advise anyone to shop the company store on Tiffin Ave.

Seriously, the staff here is amazing. We had a lengthy wait, but all employees were diligently working with their customers and were very considerate to those waiting. And a HUGE shout out to TJ. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient! I would save all of my Verizon "problems" and drive from NY just to be serviced by their staff. Daughter has gone in a few times over the years and always has an exceptional experience, which is hard with this type of company/business. We highly reccomend this store.
