It has been years since I have had such wonderful customer service. My prescription has to be transferred from my online pharmacy and they transferred the tech at least four times. Despite all this she continued to smile and be polite as she helped other customers. At times there were lines but no one had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Used to be good but after a Rite-Aid nearby closed they are overworked and understaffed.
I have not for the last several months received my prescription without a mistake or something missing, and be prepared to wait a long time.
It's not the pharmacists fault and they are all very polite and helpful. But they are being given more than they can handle

Always rude. Will call you and say things are ready for pickup and when you arrive treat you like you stupid and act like they have no idea what you are talking about. Then put you on hold and forget about you. The staff is horrible!!!

The pharmacy is ridiculous. I wouldn’t even grant them one star. The drive through window is not open for some reason. Doesn’t really matter either way the window was just as bad as going in. I’ve been standing in line for over twenty minutes. I walked up and had seven people in front of me and I still have 5 people in front of me….. do not recommend at all….

Their pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experience. No one in the pharmacy cares about their job or their customers & they’re completely apathetic to anything customers say. They can’t refill monthly recurring prescriptions on time & I was frequently missing doses of a daily medication while waiting on a refill they’d had from my doctor for over a week. Management does not care. The operations manager gave me a $10 coupon that could only be used in store if I made another purchase. The pharmacists ignore any customer service related complaints entirely, and I was promised a call from the store manager by someone up front but never received one. I was told by someone in the pharmacy over the phone that in order for them to fill my refill that was past due that they’d had from my doctor for 10 full days, that I needed to come wait in the waiting area (with a sick 1 year old) for 45 minutes because that was their policy otherwise I could wait another 1-2 days. Then when I said perhaps I should take my business elsewhere she laughed at me and said “good luck with that, I think we’re your best bet”. After asking to speak with a manager, I was promptly hung up & had to call back 3 times & be placed on hold 6 times before speaking with the pharmacist who told me she could have it filled in 20 minutes and ignored everything I said about the way her employee spoke to me. No acknowledgement or apology, just made excuses about being busy & how many prescriptions they have since taking over rite aid prescriptions. None of that justifies the way I was spoken to. Then when I went in store to pick up said prescription, I waited in line over 45 minutes because 2 people were ahead of me picking up prescriptions. The cashier then completely ignored me when I told her I had a goodRX coupon and a $10 credit on my account & charged my card on file for the full amount without my consent & when she handed me the receipt for over double for what I paid for the medication the month prior told me she had no idea what I was talking about and needed to get a manager to help. When I tried to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy they ignored the transfer request! This pharmacy has lost a customer & I know I’m not the only one. There needs to be a complete overhaul of their staff & management. If leadership doesn’t care about your customers’ feedback, the staff never will.

Called to have prescriptions delivered and the first woman I talked to was rude. I gave her my dob and what do you know I'm on the phone and she's not. People shouldn't work in the public if they don't know how to talk people.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have had to deal with. Prescriptions are never in on time, wait 20+ minutes to speak with someone in the pharmacy, and still cannot get through. The lines for the drive thru and inside are astronomical and the staff I've dealt with are rude.

20 minutes behind for appointment for flu vaccine, sent incorrect prescription, (!) hold times to speak to a pharmacist or even the “care center” for a prescription that’s been “pending” for over a week are over 25 minutes long. I’m done.

I've never had an issue with Walgreens before moving to Findlay and have been using their pharmacy since 2012. But now I constantly run into issues, and it's been worse since Rite Aid shut down and now they have way too many employees and customers. It's basically impossible to use them as a pharmacy. I have a medication that is supposed to be automatically filled every month. And everytime I call to check on the status they say it'll be a few days. I'm supposed to take this medication every single day. So I will now be switching pharmacies.

Poor experience with the pharmacy. They gave inaccurate information about when my prescription would be ready. We waited in line for 20 minutes because were told it was ready, only to get up to the window and find out it wasn’t ready.

The worst pharmacy experience by far. Every call has a wait time, the app doesn't work and only call day of for prescriptions otherwise you'll be wasting your time.
