I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The work was completed in a short time. This is my first time owning a Buick and I had many questions and the service advisor thoroughly patiently answered all of them. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. Free coffee and snacks are a plus.

Was hoping to get my truck repaired as was suggested initially, after the service department got it up on the rack they felt due to the amount of rust on the frame it would not be advisable to put that much money into the repair needed. I appreciated their honesty and will have to look at updating my vehicle. Austin Rodgers was very polite and helpful

Jon Calmus was great. We went in on Thursday, October 22. The website said the vehicle that we wanted was onsite, but it was being used as a courtesy vehicle. Jon kept us updated as to when it came in and was ready for us on Saturday, October 24. Bo, in finance, was great. All our questions were answered. We will definitely recommend Spitzer Buick.

Would give 0 stars honestly. A couple months back i Walked in and was greeted okay nice start. Well then i told them what i was looking for and wasnt on the lot, no big deal. Took a different car on a test drive and was asking all the questions, i didnt want the car. Well we went in to get a quote on my car as a trade in, they took my keys went and looked at my car, test drove it, the usual. Ive worked at dealerships not only as a mechanic but also a sales person so i know the ropes. Well they came back with no where near value of the car, giving me some story how they wont make anything off it this and that. Took me 3 times to say hand me my keys please just to get my keys back. Went to a different dealer and ended up getting true value of my vehicle over 3 times what they offered and even showed me the true value it was showing them. Dont recommend coming here at all.

I recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport from Spitzer. It took me about 4 months of looking and yes taking notes of what I wanted. My daughter spotted the Honda and suggested we take it for a ride. We worked with Tysen Lata on the purchase and test drive. He was so kind and didn’t push us to make a quick decision. Story short it’s mine. And when I drove off the lot on the way home I felt very confident I made the right choice and Tysen helped with that, and as well as my daughter I gotta give her props too😊

Jon Calmus is an excellent salesman. No pressure and very friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd car that Jon has helped us with and when the need arises again we will be calling Jon.

They do ok with regular oil changes, but they try to upsell items you don’t need such as engine lubricants. After 2 services they never rotated the tires like I asked, they claimed they didn’t need rotated. I checked the tread depth myself and they did indeed need rotated. I also had 2 issues covered under warranty which they couldn’t fix or just don’t have the skill set to fix. I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to call with a solution. Edit - was contacted by an employee and shared the details with her. She assured me it would be taken care of and she would talk to the service manager. That was 2 months ago, I haven’t heard a word.

I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X5 from Spitzer Buick GMC Nissan in Findlay, OH, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, Tysen Lata (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and Nick Robinson (Sales Manager) were absolute rock stars. They were extremely communicative via both email and phone before I even arrived, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
When I got to the dealership, the paperwork was already prepped and ready after a quick test drive. Tysen was instrumental in ensuring everything was in order, and I really appreciated the efficiency and attention to detail. Their pricing was very competitive, and the added peace of mind from the Spitzer Certified Pre-Owned warranty sealed the deal.
What stood out most was that I never once felt the typical “used car salesman” pressure—just genuine professionalism and great service. It was absolutely worth the drive from Ann Arbor, MI, to Findlay, OH.
Bonus points: Nick is a huge Breaking Bad fan, so if you’re into great TV and in the market for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go!
Highly recommend Spitzer and especially Tysen & Nick for making the entire process such a positive one.

After a long couple of months car shopping, my experience with Michael Holtgreven at Spitzer was a breath of fresh air. He was personable, kind, hilarious, patient, and answered any and all questions I had during the buying process. There was no pressure, no “quick tricks” and no unnecessary drama during my time at the dealership. Michael even stayed over an hour after closing to make sure I had everything I may want or need for my new vehicle. He is truly one of a kind and I would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for a new or new to you vehicle!
