I recently visited Meineke for a back brake change, and I am very disappointed with the service. Despite being told it would be a quick job, it ended up taking a staggering 5 hours. I had an appointment for noon, by the way. lol
The staff seemed unorganized and didn’t communicate well about the delays. Nor did they know how to work their new computer system. This wasted a significant portion of my day and caused a lot of inconvenience. I expected better efficiency and professionalism.
I will not be returning to this shop and cannot recommend it to others. If you value your time, look elsewhere for your car maintenance needs.

I appreciate this location's quick and therow service in looking over the used car I was considering to purchase. Thanks to Meineke, I went back to the dealership with a conversation about a few things I needed them to address before making a purchase, which they were happy to take care of. I really appreciate Meineke giving me the peace of mind with my need of buying a used vehicle.
I will definitely visit a Meineke, next time for any car care needs!

I accidentally hit a concrete curb and blew out my front tire. They got me in and had a new tire installed within an hour for a reasonable price. These guys are great! Check them out!

Took my truck in right away, and got it fixed that same day. Had to replace left outside mirror and they replaced left rear tire and then mounted my spare tire back under the truck which was very nice.
