She's at the Versailles Branch) is recognized for her ability to go above and beyond for her customers! My grandpa did all the banking and now my grandma is left to do it and ANY question we have KARA smiles and helps us no matter how "silly" are questions may be. We always pray that Kara is there when we go in to this location because she honestly makes me and my dear grandma feel like we're human and not just people there to "annoy" her. I say that because there is a certain lady that made us feel that way but KARA was there to help.
