I don’t understand what happened to this Arby’s they were doing so great when they first reopened and for some reason here recently, they can’t listen when you take and do your order every time you go in to order it’s an attitude like you’re doing something wrong and when you call up and let them know what’s going on they claim they’re gonna put your name in the book and then they never do that right there is stealing you were stealing from your customers and I’m sorry, but why is there red sauce all over this freaking sandwich like I asked for extra when I asked for no red sauce

Went inside for lunch order never taken manager was being idiot to the employees yelling swaring finally put up sign lobby closed I left after standing for 30 minutes never got to order.may as well close the doors or get a respectful manager in there????? I have never seen anyone act like towards any employees anywhere rediculous in my book0

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refund on a mobile order of $10 that I never got since they were closed. I called twice, no answer. Emailed twice, still nothing. Most apps have a "cancel order" spot if the order hasn't been picked up but Arby's makes you go to their website, find the 'contact us' section and then REQUEST to be emailed. I wonder how much free money they make in a year from people not jumping through hoops ?

Stopped by for lunch, ordered a classic with curly fries. Both were served cold and the bun was stale! Staff was friendly and my wife's gyro was hot and good she said.

4th time in 8 days they don't have roast beef not sure why this is now a regular occurrence at this location also they was very rude and wouldn't give corporates number , I'm on tik tok as ohiocharlie and Arby's has commented on my yay or nay Arby's video next time it happens I have no other choice but to put it out on social media as I do with most of my life , hopefully next time will go way better........ Arby's Fostoria yay or nay ? ..... what what ....

Poor customer service food Was cold Didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't call the corporate office and complain about the order number.

Waited and made eye contact with 3 employee's at the front counter. Not one of them commented it came to the counter to take my order! Walked out and went to Burger King down the street! This was at 1:45 in the afternoon.

Pregnant lady was very rude to me in front of my grandkids. All I asked was for sauce and she was rude to the person She was taking an order from just because I asked for sauce. I asked her who the manager was. She said me I said oh I’m sorry for the owner of this franchise. She is so rude. Will not go
