Literally just witnessed the worst customer service I've ever had at ANY restaurant, 35 minutes of standing there waiting for my food to be handed to me by an employee, the order was complete and put in a bag and sat behind the counter for 20 minutes before it was handed to me, this also happened to the customer before me and to the customer after me, the employee running the counter was too busy walking around on her phone in the kitchen

Awful, someone used the restroom and the workers behind the counter belittled him for using the restroom and not purchasing anything. Tried to contact the GM Travis Drake and couldn’t reach him. The cashier was also shouting very hateful speech about the man’s skin tone, age, and physical disabilities.

I've ordered Arby's fish sandwiches whenever they're available for years and I've always loved them. The past three times I've ordered fish from the Fostoria OH store there has been so little tartar sauce on them they've been dry. The first time they actually screwed my order up and only gave me two when I ordered four. I could brush that off as a bad night for the employees if it weren't for getting dry sandwiches again just a couple days later. Tonight I asked for extra tartar sauce packets and was told they don't have tartar sauce packages.I then replied the last two times I ordered there they were dry. Instead of checking my order to make sure it was properly made the drive thru person simply shoved the bag out the window with a lackluster "have a nice night". And guess what? DRY SANDWICHES! When it happens three times in a row within a week and a half that's not a bad night. That's not an accident. That's sheer apathy. Considering I was given dry sandwiches just moments after complaining that my last two orders were dry is nothing short of laziness and lack of care for the customers.

This store is another complete train wreck like the two in Findlay, and the one in North Baltimore.It is obvious that corporate leadership at Arbys is poor. How else would THREE stores within 20 miles of each other be so miserable to experience ?And they want to start delivery ???!!! How about trying to run your stores first, having them open during posted hours, and not putting out food that is unfit for a vulture ?

I was a customer today in Fostoria. I gotta say it was great service. They were having some problems with the credit cad deal so cash only. The crew worked fast and my order was spot on with all the little extras. The cashier worked with me on a couple chicken strips so I had enough cash to get what I wanted. The French fries were hot and very tasty, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Keep up the great work everyone, this is one very satisfied customer. Keep up the great work.
