Great prices, fast service great customer service what else could you really ask for. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth my interaction was with the staff, and the whole interaction. Good place I'll be going there for service for now on.

Would absolutely recommend coming here , had a problem with my exhaust rattling so I had them straight pipe it and they fixed it right away free of charge and it sounds amazing!!!

Big Bear is hands down the most reputable muffler shop around. They always have great service and great prices, and I refuse to get muffler work done anywhere else.

One of the first places I suggest for exhaust work! They made my 02 Durango R/T sound amazing for $146 out the door. Sometimes hard to reach them, or get in as they can be very busy at times, but deservingly so.

I had work I needed done to my truck a day before I needed to leave on a long trip. I was worried I didn't have the time to do it personally. They did it for 1/4 what I was quoted in Findlay. My wife was the one who took the truck in for the appointment and they didn't treat her poorly. Not attempting to take advantage of her was worth the five stars alone. Sadly that's a common theme for all things mechanical. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone searching around locally. As my wife texted me " you'd like this, good ole boys and Jeep YouTube videos on the TV". I'm not sure you can ask for much more.

A+ I brought my vehicle in because the muffler became detached. While asking the clerk, Teresa, how long. The mechanic stopped what he was doing came right out. Put it on a lift. Gave me a quote and fixed the flex pipe in about 30 minutes! Awesome service!
