“Service man was extremely nice and professional. Was also very thorough. Sears notifications were consistent even between visits. Only complaint is the AI assisted notifications offering sooner appts never responded when i would complete the action it requested. Regardless, overall happy with service. Would use again and recommend to anyone.”
