“Hotel was perfect. The staff was wonderful. Tim is a huge asset to that establishment. He made you feel like family. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and nice. Breakfast had a large variety and the fruit was fresh. The hotel overall was extremely clean, which is important. This included the outside grounds.
Our room was very clean. My only complaint was the shower curtain smelled like mildew. These are paper, thin and easy to take down so since they are wet every single time the shower is used, they should be swapped out frequently. The mildew smell was powerful. The other smell that was strange was the hallway spelt like curry Downstairs outside the front desk. I thought maybe somebody microwaved their dinner. Later that day, our room had an overwhelming smell of curry, as if someone was cooking in the hotel. It’s a strong and unpleasant scent, and very strong.
I’m sure a guest was using the microwave, but it was extremely strong. If you’re not used to it, It can make you nauseous.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly, clean and very convenient.”
