I don’t even bank through KeyBank, I stopped to pull out money for my trip from the ATM and was given almost $200 less than what I requested. After a month of fighting with my own bank and KeyBank, they are refusing to give me my money. I counted the money as it was pulled and went directly inside and talked to a General Manager, who told me “they believed me” and they couldnt open the ATM for a week to count it. it’s ridiculous that after a month, I’m still not receiving my money back and I have to pay for KeyBanks mistakes. I would not recommend KeyBank, especially in Fostoria. Save yourself the trouble, they apparently needed $180 more than I did.

worst customer service. always rude. will harass you to come inside instead of using drive through. questioned me on where my deposit was from even though it was legit and already cleared. can’t wait to switch!!
