I have no idea where Krogers dug up such a nasty, rude pharmacist, but they did. I try to go in only once a month, but it does no good. She harassesses me every time i'm there. They need to fire her before she loses them more customers than just me. BYE KROGERS!

Rude as hell, ALWAYS messing up our script times, we've went days with vital medications because of this JOKE of a pharmacy. There's so many things that I can say. BEWARE, THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!!

Had my prescription sent to Krogers the same day I went to my doctor was waiting for them to call and say it was ready never got a call so I call them and they tell me they don't have my medication in stock and said they sent me a message but i had no message from them. This is on a Friday around 6.40 in the evening my doctor office is closed now so they tell me it won't be in stock until that following Monday. So for 2 day's I will be without my medicine. And yes they were so rude. I'm done with them too

Very disappointing Kroger pharmacy no longer accepts GoodRx. My prescription is $10 through my insurance but only $2.93 at Meijer with GoodRx app.

So sick of waiting for something that was sent to them a MONTH ago! Like my Dr said I sent it I don’t know how many more times I have to send it to them! Idk but I think I need to change services because they mess up all the time and when I call and say “can you give me all my refills” they say what do you need? Duh all of them I just said that! Ugh so disappointed!!

So I called to find out how much it was for my scripts to be filled and Rachel was very rude on the phone and hung up on me.very poor customer service!!!
