We decided it was time for a new car and went to Mazda Direct in Fostoria Ohio. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly and pleasant to work with. There was a nice selection of vehicles and the team made it a great experience. Rosalinda was very helpful in the sales process and knew how to help me customize the settings on our new Mazda. I highly recommend them!

So, if ya don't like the review it's deleted!!!!!! Again I say Rosalinda was fantastic, sales manager not so much. I bought the same vehicle a year new 20,000 miles few for 3 things less than blue book where Mazda direct want 3 thousand over blue book and my bank wouldn't touch it. Seriously Rosalinda tried everything to help us. She knew I wanted to stay local.

I stopped to look at a used truck on the lot I had seen while driving by.....after a couple test drives with a very friendly salesperson, I was able to easily make a deal....Fair pricing and financing....even got a better extended warranty....Rosalinda, Geremy, and Mike all were great to work with....

Rosalinda was awesome. She was straightforward with everything and really made us at ease while purchasing a car from Mazda direct. My wife and I will totally come back and purchase more vehicles from her Mazda direct again. So if you’re looking for a good dealership with a great sales person consider Mazda direct they’re really good.

My experience with everyone at Mazda Direct was a very smooth. I was very impressed with the professionalism and treatment I received buying my CX-5. Rosalinda was super helpful with getting me set up with my app on my phone. I have loved my new vehicle, when I had a question the next day. Tim responded right away to answer my question.

Stay away from this place. They were friendly and helpful at first, but that quickly changed. We recently purchased a minivan, and one key part of the negotiation was ensuring that the vacuum hose was included. For weeks, we tried to contact the salesperson who sold us the car regarding this part. Today, I received an email from the sales manager, Jeremy, who basically told us to prove it because we have no proof because the woman who sold us the car no longer works there. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I wish the calls were recorded. Who would have thought a sleazy car salesman that doesn’t keep their word.
