Their pharmacists are great. They have answered all my questions when I have them. In one case, one of the pharmacists talked to me for a half hour after I had a bad reaction to a prescription. They care about their clients.

Schedule a flu shot online. Got to the store guess what? Oh we don't have any flu shots. I don't know how they let you schedule when we didn't have any to give. Guess what? Either do I. It's your system. Went to Kroger's with no appointment and got the shot.

Every month Right Aid runs out of my Vimpat. I am prescribed Vimpat to help control my Epilepsy. If I don't have it I will have violent seizures. So every month I sit for days waiting for rite aid to refill the stock. Hopefully I don't have any seizures waiting on my refill yet again!!!! Seriously considering switching... read full comment
