I lost almost 200 dollars worth of the of product due to my package going missing. It said it was delivered but the post office said there gps system couldn’t say to where and they couldn’t ask the mail carrier because she quit the same day after delivering my package… that’s not fishy at all I’ve complained through the usps system and they still have never tried to fix the issue

I had an issue on my tax paper and I can't file my taxes until I get my address correct and of course I go in and I get my paperwork in person and they said they should be sending me a letter and a course they didn't tell me it would be going to my old address and then they're like well why don't you know the people at your old property don't you have access to it ....😖🙄😡 Sure we're great friends we have dinner everyday of course I don't have access to it when I live down south I never had this issue with my postal company what is wrong this postal service I've lived all over from Cambridge Ohio Arizona West Virginia Zanesville Philo pleasant City byersville Quaker City New Concord Findlay Bloomfield in about 20 other places and yet I've never had this issue get it together

I had a package I was to pick up at the Fostoria, Ohio post office from Amazon because it was too big (dog beds) to fit in my mailbox. So I go up there to pick them up & I told me I had to pay an additional $100. Is that normal protocol? Has anyone had that happen to them what do you do next?

The mail lady stopped in front of my house. I had mail delivered earlier today but while out there and upon seeing us she marked "no access to delivery location". VERY DISAPPOINTING. The regular guy has no problem this morning or ANY other day. Nor FedEx/ UPS/AMAZON.....???♀️

I have mail tracking it tells me what is being delivered i get alot of mail but for some reason the mailman doesnt deliver on saturdays being lazy i guess

My carrier seems to refuse to pick up my mail anytime I try to send anything. First time he looked at the note I left on it then cussed asst it and left it on my porch. Mind you the note just stated that this was a package and to have a great day. I only know this because I had a doorbell cam. Now I put letters out and the refuse to pick them up. Can't call and talk to an actual person, the service is beyond pathetic.

I’ve had 3 packages delivered the first one was lost. The second one was a large order with car parts and they took it to a different address altogether and my third package they delivered and refuse to correct it. I live in an apartment complex. We don’t have individual garages or anything of that nature. And after a 30 minute wait I get an I’m sorry but what am I supposed to do about it? Horrible

Very incompetent people that work here and deliver the mail in rural area. For almost 4 years now the same issues. We get our neighbors mail in our box and they get our mail in their box. When I call to complain I'm told they will talk to the carrier or I get excuses of why it happens. I think they hire people who can't read. How hard is it to check the mail before you put it in a mailbox to make sure the right mail is being delivered to the right box and people.
