I had a friend drop off her Jeep here. She told them specifically that her vehicle would not drive in reverse and she needed a synchronizer for her transmission, and there were a few other minor things she wanted done. They had her Jeep for almost a month and did the minor work, but at NO TIME did they communicate with her they couldn’t repair her vehicle’s inability to drive in reverse. She picked it up, assuming the vehicle had ALL work completed and they DID NOT tell her the synchronizer wasn’t fixed. She drove the vehicle only to find out it wasn’t fixed. When she called to speak with Jimmy he said, “I thought someone had contacted you.” At no time did anyone contact her and it was the MAIN reason for bringing her Jeep here. He admitted he knew she brought it in for this reason but the owner of this business is responsible for what happens in his shop. My friend was taken advantage of by them NOT communicating their inability to repair the real reason for her Jeep being brought there. Instead, they decided to make money off the other minor fixes…that took a month! This will go to the Better Business Bureau as a formal complaint.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
This place had my Fiancé’s jeep for almost 3 weeks just to replace 2 simple parts. Then when she picked it up after the repairs were done, the vehicle was running extremely rough and had a misfire. All this place did was throw parts at it and didn’t even try to fix the misfire. Shop staff is extremely unorganized and has no communication within. This place has terrible prices, my fiancé paid $1,600 just to have 2 simple front end suspension components replaced. If you value your car, and your wallet, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

We had our jeep worked on 3 times here and it never was right. Finally went somewhere else and first try they fixed it. Ended up they messed up putting the axle back in and it made the brakes rub. Which they told us we had the wrong caliper but just 3 days after they changed the caliper it started making noise again. We were charged once again for something they messed up. Never will I ever go back.

Took my jeep there it has 37 inch tires with 4 inch lift . Has bump steer and torque steer really bad. Ask them if they can make this drive good for my wife to drive it to Florida and back with no problems they said no problem they can do that almost $4000 later still not fixed. They installed a new adjustable track bar for the rear which they put on backwards and was rubbing the spring . Ask them why it was rubbing there and they said they didn’t know. Then asked them what it would take to make it drive like they said it would. They said that’s just a jeep and laughed he said if you think yours is bad you should drive mine. They told me to get it to drive like I want it they would have to lower it put 35 inch tires on it and a 2 1/2 inch lift which was another $4000 later which I did not do. Very poor customer service would not recommend them. Took it to another place. They lowered air pressure in my tires tightened up the drag link bar which they left loose And switched the rear drag link back to where it was supposed to be and it drives better than it did when I left there.

these people ripped me off. I paid $2300 for a rack and pinion replacement they called me said it was fixed just to get the remainder of the payment knowing it wasn't fixed! Then didn't even give me a heads up and let my mother show up to pick it up just to tell her it wasn't fixed. They did this 4x and had a different excuse every single time. They had the car a total of 14 days . When I finally went to pick it up he flat out told me that it wasn't fixed that it was actually a transmission issue (I don't have transmission problems) that they don't work on transmissions.... just replacements these people are SO dishonest!! horrible service!! They was even so lazy that they left the plastic boot that protects the outer tie rod end flapping on one side on BOTH ends! Didn't even bother to put clamps on the one end! That's as sorry as it gets!

I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.

They where great the first two repairs we had done. After that they completely flipped script and didn't care unless we were getting major work done. The last time our vehicle was in their shop all 4 tires worth of lug nuts came loose in a couple weeks after they had mentioned it previously. Gave a can't take responsibility for other techs over tightening answer which is a joke. Will not take anything to them again. Bait you in at first to gain business then their no different than a bob summeral

I bought a 2017 Wrangler JKU new (had seven hundred miles on it). It had a dealer installed lift and 35 inch tires. Over the years I have had it to four dealerships and one national four wheel chain. It never drove well enough to drive on the highway. I found 41 Seven in October of last year. Over the last few months they have fixed all the "bugs" it had. It has never run or driven as well as it does now. I drove it to Hollerwood yesterday 70 mph plus on the highway. Sean and his crew have provided exemplary service and adice allowing me to do some things I did not think possible. THANKS.

This shop and EVERYONE that works there are amazing! The entire staff has gone out of their way to help me with some issues with my truck. Sean and Nick have even gone as far as coming to pick my truck up from my house and drop it off after the work was complete! Their knowledge and professionalism is UNMATCHED!
