I had a flat tire on a trip up to Michigan and just happened to be close to them; AAA got me towed over there and they were able to get a new tire mounted and put me back on the road.Their service techs were cleaning their equipment and maintaining the shop near the end of the day showing professionalism.The gentleman who did the work on my tire did everything perfectly; he even used a proper torque wrench to set my lug studs to the correct torque (I'm not sure if my dealer's service department is that conscientious!). I was deeply impressed with the professional work and excellent service I saw.

Lost a tire on a old trailer and still had a long way to go and i was under the gun, Dwayne fit me in unannounced and last minute and even after us all overlooking a small detail in tire size that caused a big mishap in the shop, and caused them to basically squander off a few man hours they STILL managed to get me back rolling, continuing to work well after their close and making accommodations for me.... You'd be hard pressed to find workers and managers in a shop like this nowadays that will look out for a stranger like that....

Shout out to these guys for saving our road trip! We were driving down the road when our RV tire started leaking air and we discovered the stem was leaking. Pulled right up here after seeing another RV-er write their review and they're the truth. Travis was so kind and quickly got the team solving the issue. They replaced the stem and had us on our way in less than an hour. Thanks guys!

Great experience, from the initial phone call to close of service. Travis and his team went above and beyond, not only on my tire replacement, but the entire shop helped save a kitten that had crawled up into a car engine while we were there. What a great group of guys, I will definitely return to this location for future needs.

My battery died at my hotel. They sent a truck to give me a jump so I could go get a new one. They were fast and friendly. I would recommend them.

I was thrilled to find this place on July 3rd to replace my RV house batteries. They took me right away and I was able to wait while they found the batteries and installed them. After my install, I noticed my jacks weren’t working so I called to get some pictures sent to me that the technician took before he disconnected the old batteries. I figured out the mistake on my own. The next day. I got a call following up on my problem. I explained what was done incorrectly. The manager offered to refund the labor for the install on his own! He even followed up with a call the next day to ensure the refund went through. Talk about customer service!! It’s so refreshing to see a company that proactively makes things right with customers after a mistake. I wouldn’t have asked for a refund but they offered.

I got a flat tire Monday, and AAA picked me up and towed me to Bob Sumerel. I called ahead to let them know we were coming, and they were very nice and were great helping us pick out new tires for our vehicle. The tires were already in stock and were able to be installed the next day, so we were on our way by the following afternoon. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will continue to come here for our service needs.

For some reason I have had terrible service with Bob Sumeral lately. Last month I took my car to them cause my check engine light had came on; they told me it was my crank shaft sensor; I had to work and couldn’t leave my car in the shop longer than the 3 days I let them keep it so I went and picked it up; my check engine light turned off so I kept my car to get back and forth to work; like a week later my check engine light came back on so I dropped my car back off to them and told them to go ahead and replace the crank shaft sensor since I would be out from work for a few extra days; they replaced it or so they said and a few days after getting my car back, boom, same problem; I ended up taking my car back and they kept my car for a week and a day before diagnosing it or touching it; they said it was because their lead tech had a baby; which is a crazy excuse; they called me, after me reaching out twice and being given nothing, to say that my car needs the crankshaft replaced and that when they got my car last time the didn’t replace it and replaced my camshaft instead. They charged me $100 more than what they charged me the first time they were supposed to fix my crank. Flash forward a week later and, you guessed it, my check engine light is back on and my car is having the same problem. I will not be bringing my car back to Bob Sumeral unless it’s to get a refund or free service because clearly, it’s not getting fixed.

Don’t go here. They tried to say I needed a new rim when I didn’t. They just wanted to make money off me. I took the rim to another shop to get a second opinion and it was perfectly alright. I don’t recommend this dishonest place to any hardworking person trying to get their car fixed!

I took my car in for a low oil problem. Could be a leak idk because they didn't fix my issue after 2 and a half days or even start on it. I was respectful and polite as humanly possible so I couldn't tell you why. But they refused to let my know when the diagnostic would be done let alone anything else. They replaced a battery I didn't need tho which cost me $208. The front desk told me to wait a minute the second day I came in to check on the car with no greeting as everyone else was greeted, the second front desk man took the guy behind me and left me standing for 5 mins for a total of about 10 with no word. so I sat down. I then had to overhear them talking about me literally behind my back saying they don't know why I'm sitting there I just be in my own little world. Just rude. I eventually got up to check on my car after I was sitting there for hours while they fixed car after car that was in the shop after mine while mine sat there without a touch, and they had no answer as to how long the diagnosis would take still. The first day I brought it in they wouldn't even work on it cuz I had a bag of dirty clothes and chipotle bags and normal debris in the floor which I understood. What I didn't understand is they said they needed the whole inside if the car cleaned and the floor cleaned of all debris. I did it anyway and even apologized over and over because it could be considered dirty but I've never met a mechanic afraid of normal floor debris ever. I've worked cleaning broken down horrible apartments so ik gross and it was not that bad. They also, knowing I brought my car in for low oil, started my car multiple times and drove it multiple times. They even started it up and pulled backwards while parts were missing and handed the keys to me telling me it would run, but not to drive off. Any reasonable person would think that meant that I could park the car instead of leaving it in the way of cars pulling into the parking lot especially since they just started it and pulled backwards. I sleep in my car so that's why I even asked to have it pulled out, but not with parts missing and STILL low oil. The next morning I was told that I shouldn't of parked it and anything messed up would be on me and very condescendingly. I think they were messing with me because I lived in my car tbh. Which I just can't understand the type of person that would do that. But I recorded convos and taken video and if anything is wrong with the car I'll be calling a lawyer. This was the most bizarre mechanic experience I've ever had. If you have any less than a week for the most basic service in your car forget it.
