“I looked on Yelp to locate a good rated automobile repair place. I noticed all of the 5 star rating that Wildcat Auto has. I took my car there to have my battery and alternator checked. I was greeted by Doug the owner who addressed my concerns and what additional service I wanted. My alternator was good but my battery needed replacing. I also had an oil change, filter replaced and tire rotation. My car starts and runs smoothly now. The pricing was excellent and fair. Wildcat deserves 10 stars, Honest, excellent service and friendly . This is the place to go for your auto needs.”

“Aster is the classic example of a hard working man that serves his community! He does all kind of repairs and exhaust work! His hours are very limited but I would advise to visit him when you can and it may take a day or two. But his services and price cannot be beat! Don’t go to dealership or chain repair shops! I need a new muffler for my car. He looked at it and said he will make a custom one for it. Only charged me $150 for part and install!! If I went anywhere else they been quoting me $350-500 for the job! Support local and SAVE money!!”
“My parents only serviced their vehicles at Fugates and I've continued the tradition for 40 years?! Jerry and everyone at Fugates are hardworking and honest. They take pride in their work, call to give diagnostics, detailed estimate and pickup time.My husband questioned why I drove to Franklin from Cincinnati to get my vehicles serviced because he, "knew a great local mechanic". So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. All work is completed on time and at a reasonable price.In fact, regularly scheduled maintenance and rental vehicle were included in the purchase from the dealership. One visit to the dealership was one too many. Because Fugates is certified, you don't have to go to the dealership to maintain your warranty.”
“I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”

“Today 11/4/2025 Sarah Kein helped me and she deserves to be shouted out. She was sweet from the moment I walked though the door. She made my anxious heart at ease. Being a girl sometimes can be scary walking into a place like this but having another women there made me feel like I would not be taken advantage of and she would talk to me honestly. I had a nail in my tire and she gave me different options on what I could do. I even saw her walk out and look at the tire herself so I knew when she told me it was unfixable she wasn't lying to me to sell my something. I also watched her help multiple people while doing other office things in between and he kept her sweet spirit, Never made anyone feel like they were not her most important customer. She deserve to be shown how beneficial she is to this industry! I will be back because of her!”
“Nick helped me a lot today. a very nice guy who did what he couldn't do in the other two walmarts! he checked my battery and found out that it was boring to replace it. although elsewhere I was told that it was fine. but it was not OK. it died every five minutes. thank you for your work. i replaced the battery and left happy.”
