My 2021 Subaru Crosstrek had damage to the right side from a collision. Liberty made my car look like new. They also cleaned it thoroughly inside and out. Their staff were highly professional at all times. They kept me informed on the status of repairs all the way through. Great company!

My car was side-swiped, and the door and fender had to be replaced and painted. They did a fantastic job! The work was completed right on time, and their communication was excellent—I never had to call for updates. They even cleaned the entire car, inside and out, which was a great surprise. If I ever need body repair again, I won’t hesitate to go back.

My jeep got backed into in a hit and run. Something that was not fun to deal with, ended up being a lot less stressful and seamless than I thought! The repair looks great and the communication was top notch. I received my vehicle back before the quoted timeframe. They have earned my trust if I were to need anything further done to my vehicle. Would recommend!

Took one day less than 5 weeks to repair after we were originally told 2 weeks.
When they reasonabled the paneling on the rear passenger seat, the seat belt was twisted inside and it took my husband and I over and hour to disassemble and fix it so it would work correctly with our daughter's booster seat.
The paint job looks fine but the fumes are still really strong.
The text message scheduling system could also be improved on. I got a text confirming my pickup day and time, when I called to see if I could pick up the next morning instead my vehicle wasn't even finished. I was told someone would call confirming it was ready, then one day out of the blue I got a text saying it was ready and to picked up that day by 5pm. It worked out that I could pick it up that day but no one ever called

Had repairs done to my truck. The process was seamless. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Truck looked like new after the repairs. The repairs were completed nearly a week ahead of schedule. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend Liberty Collision Center for any collision related vehicle repairs.
