Was scammed by Mohammed supposedly sold me the “right” phone but turns out it was an older model! Tried to communicate with him but he was convinced I was the one trying to pull a fast one on him. All because i ported my data from my old phone via my google account.

Cricket is a terrible company. I always paid my bill up a month so there was a credit on my account. Since I switched they will not give me back my $90. I spoke with 3 different people who told me 3 different answers. I learned you can’t get a refund after you terminate, but the first time I spoke with someone about getting my money back it was before my account was terminated. So they just took my money and now every time I call and ask to speak with somebody higher up I get put on hold for 30 minutes until I finally hang up because no one is actually going to talk to me. The only person who did talk to me told me I should, “lie to my bank and tell them someone else used my card to make the payment so that I can get my money back”.. her words not mine. So the only way to get my money back is fraud. Way to go Cricket.
