?BEWARE!!!?This place is TERRIBLE. They try to play God or Doctor with your medication and money. With your time too. I am speaking from MULTIPLE experiences we have had here. Not just one incident. We don't have a car so when we get a ride to pick up our stuff, we make sure everything is correct. We dont want to waste our time. The last year or two.. this particular location has become a hell hole if you're trying to fill a prescription. They fight you over insurance, fill dates, everything. Over and over again. One pharmacist will say come pick it up today. The next will say come next week. Recently, they have also taken it upon themselves to split up my mother's prescriptions. After this last pick up... we are OUT. Definitely switching pharmacies. Walgreens or Drug Mart, here we come. Nice job, cvs. Well done on hiring psychopaths. ??Edit: My father just called to fill his gabapentin. They LIED + said he picked up a 90 day supply on the 14th.. NO HE DID NOT. He never gets 90 day supply on those. And they weren't due to be filled until 18-19th anyways. He spoke with the pharmacist and she discovered that someone else in the pharmacy has been getting into my parent's account and putting in FALSE INFORMATION! Wow. Someone there is screwing with my parents. Literally. And its been going on for MONTHS. We are getting out. We have been coming here for 10+ years. This really shows there are SADIST in this world, and some have a degree hanging on their wall.

I really wish i could give 0 stars. This is by far the worst pharmacy you could ever go to. They truly do not care about giving good customer service & it shows. I am a patient rep and would neverrrrrrr talk to or treat my patients the way this pharmacy does it’s customers. The wait times are outrageous no matter what time of day. The attitudes are ridiculous. They do not answer the phone.I waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes before someone opened the window… i hit the call button twice. A line formed behind me because they made me wait 2 minutes before opening the window and i was told i would have to update my ins card inside because there was too long of a line at the drive through…. After i had already waited 20 minutes. So i have to go inside and get back in line because you let a line build up because you don’t answer the phone or drive through. They need serious revisions at this pharmacy. No one is kind. The pharmacist was wearing a sweatshirt and was unfriendly… you wouldn’t have even known they were the pharmacist. Just not worth your time. I’ve definitely visit my last time & wont be returning to this garbage can of a pharmacy.

Zero stars for the pharmacy! My husband and I dropped off a prescription for our dog on 1/15/24. Our dog has bad seizures and is in dire need for the meds. It was pretty late when we dropped it off and we told the staff member (blond, mid 40) that we would be picking up in the morning. It is now 1/16/24 8pm and we still don't have her medication. The staff member did not tell us that they are where of stock. Instead she lied blatantly telling me that the pharmacist tried to call us but "who knows what phone number" we gave her. Excuse me: You wrote it down and had the correct phone number. She also lied by telling us that if we would go to another CVS that they can fill it. She did not mentioned that it is a controlled substance and therefore the prescription cannot be transferred. When I approached her she lied saying that she told "my partner" indeed that it is not transferable trying to blame the other pharmacy. She kept calling my husband "my partner" even though I corrected her. It sounded very racist since he is African American and I am Caucasian. To top it off - she suggested to me to go to an emergency vet to get a new prescription since the one we dropped off would not be valid any longer. When I asked her if she would pick up the bill - she just shrugged her shoulders. I should call the vet then in the morning. This pharmacy is playing with the wellbeing of their customers and will be reported by us.

Alondra was the sweetest, most helpful & patient cashier. She done everything she could of possibly done to assist me. It was difficult because some things were covered with my insurance card & some was not. She kept a smile the whole entire time. Thank you Alondra

I see quite a few bad reviews but would like to say that I am typically in and out through the pharmacy whether I go in or go through the drive thru. Calls get answered and questions get answered as well. Maybe it is the times I call and go but I always have a good time!

I wish that I could give zero stars, because this store's pharmacy is absolute garbage. They refuse to answer the phone when they are busy. At times, they will pick up on the waiting calls and deliberately hang up on you. I waited for over an hour-and-a-half this evening with my phone sitting on my desk while I held, for nothing more than to have them cancel an order. Because I am at home, still working, my wife had to drive to the store to have them cancel it on my behalf. An absolute joke.Another thing about this store, which is the reason I had to call tonight, they have a penchant for billing your insurance before they even begin to fill your order. My medication was out-of-stock; however, that did not stop them from billing my insurance in advance, which left me in the predicament of not being able to transfer my Rx to Walgreens because the insurance company said the Rx had already been filled a day prior. They are essentially holding your Rx hostage so you cannot transfer it and have it filled anywhere else. A strong arm technique to keep your business at their pharmacy, because no one would willingly subject themselves to this level of suck at their own accord.I will never use this pharmacy again. It is apparent that they do not care about offering any level of customer service that inconveniences them in the slightest, nor does the customer hold any level of significance to them either. I will have to pay more to go to Walgreens, as CVS is my "preferred" pharmacy, but it is totally worth it in the long run to avoid this dumpster fire of a pharmacy. If you do not have a choice and must go to CVS, I suggest trying another store.

Honestly the only reason I'm giving it one star is because there are 1-2 employees that are kind. However, I called today to check on medication for my child. Before I could finish my sentence I was cut off abruptly. There is a manufacturing shortage, what's the next bday? I gave it and asked about a different family member. But I tried to ask if there is any indication when we would get the medication they are out of. Rudely he replied no and said is that it? A week ago when I called about the same medication I was told they haven't seen that dose ever! I politely informed her that my child has taken that dose for 3 years...at this pharmacy. Every single time I fill my medication there is an issue. I've even been told to call ahead and let them know what I'm being prescribed prior to getting it so they can have it... what? I get some things are out of your control however kindness and manners are always available. Also...THE APP DOESN'T WORK! if you....cvs, want people to not call and to use the app then fix it. I've had two profiles according to your employees for over 2 years and they still haven't fixed it. DO BETTER CVS

I wish I could give this place a 0 , but it wouldn't let me. Worst service I've experienced in any service business, ever. Consistently long wait times , horrible customer service with the pharmacy, they close the drive thru...then they close the inside, just to make the horrible experience worse. Close at 7 pm which I've never experienced from any pharmacy chain ever . Spare yourself this horrible experience if at all possible.

Currently on hold just to try and update a BIN and PCN so a prescription can be covered, been on hold for pushing an hour just to do that. If you gotta call this place for a simple issue anticipate it derailing your whole evening.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and this past year everything has went downhill. The employees are rude and hang up on you. If you try to go and speak to a person good luck because you will have to wait at least an hour in the drive through or the store. No one answers the phone. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for at least 2 months and they still say the manufacturer isn’t giving all the correct information. They refuse to speak to the manufacturer and I have wasted so much time just trying to get my medication I cannot continue giving my business to them.

My Husband has strep throat, We had a prescription called in, I told him not to use CVS as I’ve had multiple issues with pharmacy but he insisted that was closest.i called at 6:31p after a couple minutes finally got pharmacy and was told the prescription was not ready but they were working on it. I said ok I’ll wait a few minutes and head there, she said ok and hung up. I left me house got stuck at RR track a few minutes and arrived at CVS at 7:06p to be told from behind the shelves that they were closed. So no medication tonight. on a good note, Thanks to CVS for proving I am right. one atguement we will never have again and I won’t have to step foot in your pathetic store Get your meds at Drug Mart if you want good service. It’s work the drive.

Always have bad experiences. Have had to wait days for meds, or an hour in line. Just waited in line to get to the window and was told they won’t serve me because they were closing after waiting in line instead of just giving me my meds I’ve had to wait on all day to be filled. It’s better to drive out of your way to avoid this location.

I’ve been going to this CVS for years and now I can never get my prescriptions either they are closed or sit in the drive thru line for an hour. I’ve had to go days without medications because they either have lost the whole prescription or some other excuse. They seem to never have my sons prescriptions in stock and it’s not a medication he can just go without. I tried transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy and they lost about 6 of them and I had to call my doctor to get a completely new prescription. This store use to be great and friendly now it’s a hassle just to pick up medication and always rude to me. When I got out of the hospital from having major abdominal surgery they expected me to just wait a couple days for my medication this store has gone downhill within the past year. Cvs does not care about its customers or employees pretty sad to see.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The frequently close early, don’t answer their phones, or just don’t even open. I’d rather not take my life saving medication than try and fill a prescription here. Once showed up and hour before they closed, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and they said they were closing early and I’d have to come back the next day.
