I dropped off a package for FedEx to pick up since they are a access point. Well that was a Thursday and it's now the following Monday and it's still there and I have called them LITERALLY 100 times in the last 3 hrs and no one will answer their phone. OMG ITS NOT THAT HARD TO PICK UP AND SAY HELLOOOO! They need new employees and obviously a NEW MANAGER.

I used to work at this DG when my oldest son was 1. He's 8 now.. but.. I'll never forget Becky, Marc and that sweet old man ❤️ Idk why I can't remember his name rn ? It will come to me later.. anyway. They are all wonderful people/managers! Definitely best job I ever had. They made me feel like family, they were clean and great bosses. ❤️ Idk if they still work there.. but that was the best DG ever fr. I miss my DG family. Idk if they will ever even see this comment but I hope their doing well ?

My experience there has been absolutely awful.the women are down right rude lazy and won't eve get off theirs phones to help you !!!!The uoung men well not all , the young man with black glasses and the young man withblonde hair is just so so sweet. Helpful and kind he's always busy. On the other hand the yall redhead wont r even get off her phone to wait on you. Also I heard her in an isle next to the one I was in and someone sqeezed for service and she said F them they can or excuse me they c an fi&#@ng. wait!!!I will never step foot back in that store as long ad them 3 rude women. work there. Don't General you need to actually spend time or observe these women when you are not around down right AWF!

I just had a amazing experience I went down there because it’s super close to my house I needed the stuff to make home made chicken noodle soup I could not find the chicken broth so I asked the lady her name is Amy not sure if it Amy or amie any way in no time she stopped what she was doing to help me great customer service all around good job dollar general she needs a promotion
