Have been using Franklin Self Storage for over a year now. Nice clean facility. The staff is great. They are very quick to respond anytime I reach out. I like that I can communicate with them via text.

I absolutely had the best experience renting my unit. Tammy was very polite and explained everything perfectly! I recommend this location to everyone who needs some extra storage space. I love their security system, I feel my belongings are very safe and secure.

It was so easy renting mobily since they are ran remotely most days. Got a text message guiding me through the final steps and Tammy got me right into the unit even with no one there. Great place, good prices and wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!

We have had a unit for almost 5 years now and the staff is AMAZING! No when I call or text, they are always quick to get back with us, when at the facility, if someone is in the office, they always reach out to just say hello, make sure everything is going well and make sure we don't need anything. Would highly recommend this facility to all my family and friends....and even strangers 😊 Thanks for always going above and beyond!!!
