Super super friendly staff!! They explained everything I was confused on and were absolutely amazing around my pittie that can be a bit defensive at first before he shows his goofy side. It always makes me nervous but they definitely know what they're doing ? definitely recommended this place!!

All the staff was very friendly and concerned with My Dog. He had a lot of anxiety but they handle him great. He received lots of Loving care and bunch of treats and a toy. He is feeling better thank you for helping Him.
Update. The office called and checked on Buglas to see how he was very nice to have a follow up call.

Disorganized, rude, short and blame paying customer for their construction mess and disorganization and rushed exam. Encountered friendlier, more professional employees at Burger King. NEVER AGAIN after my GOOD vet left there.

If I could give them a negative status I would. Unfortunately the staff was extremely disorganized, they blamed that disorganization on the construction. They would not let me stay in with my pet for some reason, stressing me and my pet out. Staff very unprofessional, rude and very short with me. The doctor seemed rushed and rude as well. Making me feel like my pet and myself were not welcomed. Why set up an appointment and disregard the level of care my pet deserved? This is not the level of professionalism or care that we expected. Next time they want to revamp their office I would suggest doing it while they are closed. We will not be back, ever! Would not recommend.

Our bearded dragon passed away. This staff was amazing during the whole process, acknowledged our grief and offered support and love and empathy. Their kindness will not be forgotten.

Very professional yet very caring and friendly. They let us know upfront before they treated my dogs what it would cost. I would definitely recommend their services. Someone from there office even called the next morning to see how my girls were doing.

So glad we found Hunter PetCare! They fit us in to their busy schedule and were so very understanding, kind, and caring. We will be bringing our other dogs here from now on. So thankful for their kindness today as we said goodbye to our beloved boy. They made a horrible situation just a little bit better.
