I recommend this vet all the way. They take very good care of my babies. They're sweet and understand and explain everything to your understanding!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to KKM since 1995. Dr. Minnix was my first vet. He’s since retired. All the veterinarians and staff are super friendly and great with my baby.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Called them about getting a prescription for my cat and they said they'd ask vet and call back and never received the call. We have always taken our animals there I suppose since we can't afford to spend $15.00 on her teeth they don't care about helping her with an upper respiratory infection. how sad

The staff and veterinarians were extremely professional, seemed to truly care about their 'patients', and the expense of these services was more than satisfactory! Will continue to go here for as long as I have pets!!

This doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I need to post this. I have been a client with KKM not only for myself but my parents and other close family members for 10+ years. Recently I first tried to get my dog Ellie in for a stomach virus but couldn't get an appointment unless it was "life threatening" even though she had not been eating or drinking for more than 3 days and was having nonstop diarrhea and vomiting. Thankfully Hunter PetCare accepted my dog in with no issue and treated her with the UPMOST respect and care. Now a week later (took him in on 8/8/24) my cat Tigger started to show blood in his urine, so I called them again to get him scheduled due to the fact it being fatal for male cats if not treated ASAP. Also, he hasn't had a UTI in 2-3 years. He was only given an antibiotic shot that may last for 10-14 days (obviously it didn't work) and sent him home with 2 pain medications which we gave him the one until it was gone, because he wouldn't even take the other. A little bit over a week later he's showing blood in his urine again and they want me to bring him back in for a urinalysis which to me should have been done the FIRST visit to determine if it's actually a bacterial infection and not "stress" related (which the vet tech thinks it could be) My cat is spoiled and gets loved honestly probably too much because he is my literal child, but she thinks it's a "list" of things my cat could be stressed about like furniture movement, other new animals in our yard which I call bullshit on, he's never showed any signs of stress. I have tried to speak to the Veterinarian that "cared" for him and was told she is too busy to return my phone calls to determine what to do next or even write for another round of antibiotics. You would think with a highly urgent matter someone would get back to me for the care of my beloved pet. Only to find out that I received an email, no text or call, which I found impersonal if you ask me. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with what they call a professional facility to care for pets. All they are looking for is getting more money out of your pockets and not caring to insure your pet's wellbeing. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone from this day forward!! You lost all my respect and business forever.

This used to be a great vet to take out dogs to. Between me and my parents we have been taking our dogs there for close to 15 years. It was a great vet ran by people who actually cared about the animals and the pet owners. Here in the last year or 2 they sold out and went cooperate or sold out to a big conglomerate and everything changed. The good workers left, the hours changed, it’s next to impossible to get an appointment in a timely manor unless you want to call at 8 am and hope that they can get a cancellation or that someone didn’t beat you to it to schedule for the day even though you call days ahead of time. It’s very unfortunate that it has come to this but they do t seem to care. Cutting the hours down and taking on more people is never the answer to good service or what really matters…. Taking care of the pets. After me personally being their customer for going on 5 years now, I’ll be taking my business to a new vet. Pretty sad that this is what it’s come to.
Kkm, don’t worry about replying to this with excuses and asking me to reach out to talk to someone about it. You don’t care about me or my pets, you just care about the money.

The entire staff is courteous, the Technicians treat my dogs with respect and will stop nail trims if my dog stresses too much. The Veterinarians are kind and you can tell they love animals, treating them as their own!

HORRIBLE! Literally called last week to schedule an appointment for my SICK dog. They told me to come in Monday 7/8 at 5 and go to the side door since he may be contagious. I get there early, call them and they tell me he’s not on their schedule and that there is nothing they can do. Why did whoever I speak to tell me to bring my dog in Monday the 8th at 5pm if I’m not on the schedule?? Ridiculous and unforgivable. I have a sick dog and they’re refusing to see him and won’t even give me any suggestions on what to do. Also very rude every time I call and even when I go in. Women at the front desk have a bad attitude and don’t care. Guess the vets here don’t care either.
