“I don’t understand all these negative reviews. I am guessing, these are the result of dealing with corporate and/or the supply company that Lincare uses and not this actual location. As for the Middletown location, I have an nothing but positive experiences dealing with them. Everyone, no matter who you talk to at that location is friendly and very customer service oriented. As a matter of fact, I feel like they go above and beyond. They have helped me with my cpap and cpap supplies, as well as getting my training scheduled in a timely manner. I really appreciate them and everything they have done. You can tell there is a culture of “customer service” at this location, because it isn’t just one person that provides excellent customer service, they all do! Thank you Middletown Lincare!”
