is a horrible place to work at would not recommend. management is unprofessional and dont treat you like a human. management most importantly the store manager are lazy like their are loads of simple improvements that could have easily been made in a week.

They don’t take care of their fish at all and half the fish they have are either dead or dying. Like this betta for example. They shouldn’t sell animals if they can’t take care of them

Best thing about Meijer is they are the latest retail/grocery store open. (Close at Midnight) Where Walmart, Kroger and others close at 11 pm or earlier. But they are generally 10% give or take higher item for item than Walmart or Kroger fyi .....

Great store, clean - service is suffering these days as it is everywhere else...but that is what it is. The staff at least will open a register now after 10pm if you have a big cart full. Self checkout is for the birds.

The produce is expensive and kind of sad. There was only one head of lettuce left when we were there on 3/27/24 and for some reason they left it sitting in the bin, even though it was slimy and rotten. They regularly leave rotten moldy berries on the shelf, and I don't understand why. It doesn't take that much work to walk through the produce dept once a day to clear out the rot. Meijer is one of the best grocery stores to buy meat in town, but that's about the only reason I shop there. Even when the produce is acceptable, their prices on everything else are extraordinarily high.
