This was a bigJob with a big balance. They divided my payment up into 3 payments. Where it was affordable for me to pay. “Miamisburg Auto Service is a great place to get work done to your car. They quickly figured out the issue after I had it towed to them. They put in a new battery, did a much needed tuneup and oil change, and also fixed a gear shifting problem. They kept me informed through the whole process with prices and timeline. They had it done next day. Duane is super friendly, and everyone treated us like we were appreciated. The prices were very affordable, and the service was suberb(something you don't see much anymore) Duane said we're not trying to make a killing, just trying to make a living. “Only tire shop in the area open on a Sunday. The shop opens at 11am, I arrived an hour early. Fully expecting to sit in the parking lot and wait. He comes right outside willing to assist me and find if he has a tire that works for me. He had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. I schedule an oil change, I only pay for an oil change (plus the standard tire rotation and vehicle inspection added on at no extra charge) unlike the other guys in town where every time a scheduled a regular maintenance service, I would miraculously get a call saying "oh well we found blah blah blah" and I end up spending way more than what an oil change costs and I have really no choice but to trust them since I have the most basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics.”
“I had a flat tire on a trip up to Michigan and just happened to be close to them; AAA got me towed over there and they were able to get a new tire mounted and put me back on the road.Their service techs were cleaning their equipment and maintaining the shop near the end of the day showing professionalism.The gentleman who did the work on my tire did everything perfectly; he even used a proper torque wrench to set my lug studs to the correct torque (I'm not sure if my dealer's service department is that conscientious!). I was deeply impressed with the professional work and excellent service I saw.”
