Short version: 5 stars, hands down

Long Version: I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a mechanic that gets the job done as fast as these guys do it. The price is very reasonable, good communication with the customer about what’s going on, and very nice, chill atmosphere in the shop. I’ve found myself dropping my car off last minute at 5:20 on a work night and getting a call it’s ready the next day. Fantastic.

I’ve tried other services since moving from Miamisburg, but I’ve had bad luck. Minute oil change drive-thrus and big box stores are always there, but the service is not is not always worth the convenience. I’ve moved about 40 minutes away from Miamisburg but I’ll drive to this shop for the reliable service they provide (my old Fiat 500 willing). Absolutely recommend! 5/5”

“This is my new 'go to' place for auto repairs. They are excellent on every level: clean shop, great prices, excellent customer service, skilled mechanics, and no surprises or upcharges. They repaired the drive train on my infinity and replaced the radiator and timing chain on my Toyota. 3 separate visits... outstanding service and results each time. I highly recommend them!”

I can’t thank this store enough. I originally went next door to Tire Discounters where they took advantage of me and installed the wrong size and type of tire. Lost all my valve caps. And messed up my TPMS system. Went next door to Discount Tire where they installed the right tires and took the time to help me with my problem. Matthew one of the assistant managers was so friendly and so willing to help me. Josh the store manager sympathized with me. Stopped what he was doing to help me. Told me that they could’ve ruin my transmission and went as far as double checking the TPMS AND added in the comments of the receipt, that i had wrong size tires. So hopefully I can get my money back from Tire Discounters. I’m 20 know nothing about tires but Josh walked me through everything including the TPMS calibration. He went as far as giving me credit advice since i’m young. If your like me clueless about tires. Or simply got your first car. Take it here to Discount Tire where Josh and his team. Will get you right no matter what! Can’t thank him enough. Made my WHOLE YEAR. Now i can fully enjoy my car.

I picked up my part today after chatting online about it yesterday. The price was reasonable & straight forward. If you are purchasing a part(s) to get you vehicle complaint for road travel again (state patrol inspections) rest assure that the required vin number will be on your pickup/checkout form. If ever I need any other part...I will go to them again!”

“I bought a used car and as soon as I started driving down the road, I could hear a loud knocking noise on front passenger side.. The next morning I pull into Tire Discounters and was greeted by both Patrick and Tyler.. They got my car pulled in pretty fast.. Tyler told me what was wrong and quoted me a decent price for everything that needed to be done. Then they showed me how to look up the CarFax and explained everything that was on it. Was told my vehicle would be done the following day due to waiting on parts ( not a big deal) however I received a phone call around 5:00 that same day saying my car was ready and I could come pick it up!
