“I bought a used car and as soon as I started driving down the road, I could hear a loud knocking noise on front passenger side.. The next morning I pull into Tire Discounters and was greeted by both Patrick and Tyler.. They got my car pulled in pretty fast.. Tyler told me what was wrong and quoted me a decent price for everything that needed to be done. Then they showed me how to look up the CarFax and explained everything that was on it. Was told my vehicle would be done the following day due to waiting on parts ( not a big deal) however I received a phone call around 5:00 that same day saying my car was ready and I could come pick it up! I can’t thank Patrick and Tyler enough for all of the help today! Truly some of the BEST front desk staff I’ve came across. “They just replaced motor mounts for me, and the price of everything was cheaper than I would’ve got from any other shops. They do quality work. Was able to squeeze me in for a brake job afterward too. Replaced an engine for me many years ago before they moved to a bigger shop, and was pleased then. So, they’re still awesome! What really tops everything is she offered to see if someone could give me a ride to pick up my vehicle, because I was having issues with a rental car situation. That was so kind!!”
