“I had a great experience with Moonwalk Remorquage towing. The driver showed up and quickly assessed the situation, secured my vehicle to his truck, and drove the vehicle to my mechanic's lot. Google Maps had my mechanic's lot in an inaccurate place, so the driver called to make sure he was dropping off the vehicle in the correct lot. I appreciate his attention to detail and to making sure my vehicle got to where it was supposed to go. I'm saving his number for the wintertime.”

They take pride in their work, call to give diagnostics, detailed estimate and pickup time.My husband questioned why I drove to Franklin from Cincinnati to get my vehicles serviced because he, "knew a great local mechanic". So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. All work is completed on time and at a reasonable price.In fact, regularly scheduled maintenance and rental vehicle were included in the purchase from the dealership. One visit to the dealership was one too many. Because Fugates is certified, you don't have to go to the dealership to maintain your warranty.”
