“Caring, compassionate. Knowledgeable about animals. They have remodeled so the person at the entry desk is behind a giant computer screen . Apparently, since you text when you arrive you're not supposed to wait for her to acknowledge you but just have a seat and wait for a tech to collect you. Otherwise she pretends you're not there. Put up a sign people.”

“The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. I was a new client with my 14 pound, 8 yo cockapoo looking for a vet that had specialized training, and I found that here. She needed a CCL repair and I was blessed to find this clinic. Due to cancellations, she was able to be seen the same day. We meet Dr. Leslie on our initial visit who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My fur baby was frightened, but she had a reassuring way about her. She even noticed that she was due for additional shots next month and was able to bring them up to date. Something that had slipped past me. During that visit she was able to have Heidi seen by Dr. Emily who is the surgeon that specializes in CCL repairs of small dogs. She was able to fit us into her busy schedule the following week due to a cancellation. My pet was blessed to be able to get the repair and be back on the road to recovery. It was also very nice to be able to add nail trimming and teeth cleaning to her procedure while still under anesthesia. Be aware that Dr. Emily can be very busy on surgery days, and even if they tell you that she will call you at noon, it may not be possible until much later in the day, like around 6pm. However, you can call and check on your pet. When Dr. Emily does call, she is thorough and takes her time to make you feel like you and your pet are her top priority. I have been very pleased with this clinic and find them reasonably priced for the area. We will continue to be long time clients.”

“I have been with this cat veteranian since he opened the practice. I had moved to Florida for a decade but now am back in Dayton and I've brought my current cats back in for a check up. My cats, several sets of them over the years, and they have always been provided the best care both medically and leaving them in the boarding section. For anyone new to the area, I would recommend trusting your fur babies with this doctor and his staff.”

“Great veterinary practice! Lots of knowledgeable veterinarians and staff who help make your furbaby's visit a special one. I know we aren't always there for yearly check ups but my nervous furbaby loves the treats and attention she gets while we visit. You get a team to help when you come in and I think that is wonderful to help make things work smoothly. Bigger offers wellness exams, testing, advanced care, routine and advanced surgical procedures, and many other services. They even have some weekend hours which is huge when something strikes on Saturday morning. They will treat you like family here, i highly recommend them.”

“Always helpful and make time for my cats and dogs when I need them. I've had my cat go here same day for a badly infected eye, and dog after he was side swiped by a car. They care so much, and take what they can when they can. Always offer affordable options knowing not everyone can afford bills for expensive surgeries etc. Thank you!”

“Decided to try this veterinary clinic based on a recommendation. I called Friday to get some advice on caring for abandoned newborn kittens. I told them I had not been a client there before, but they still took time to give me advice. I asked for an appt to get them checked over and I was able to get a next day appt. The vet and staff took time with us and gave us lots of information. Not rushed at all. 2 kittens checked up, parasite meds and antibiotics were given, and the price was very fair for the visit. I'll be using this practice in the future for my other cats and dogs. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience here”

“I have brought all of my dogs and cats here beginning in 2015 (moved out of state for a bit) and consistently since 2018. It seems a large majority, if not all, of my animals tend to have some ✨interesting✨ characteristics to say the least. This team from Alex, to Brittany, to Dr. Mendenhall and other staff past and present have always been so patient and understanding with everything each one of my animal have medically tested them with. I'll forever be grateful for the care they have brought my animals.”

“My horse and I transitioned to Dr McNabb after getting to know him and his expertise through friends of mine. He is a phenomenal resource. I feel my concerns are ALWAYS heard and met with open ears. Dr McNabb is quick to respond and truly treats my horse as if he were his own. Dr McNabb always has Larry’s best interest at heart.”

“I'm sorry, you just won't find a vet, or vet techs that show your animals the amount of love, you do, when they're in their care! They are truly awesome. If I said Dr White was the only doctor to handle Cisco, it wouldn't mean much to anyone...except those that knew him!! LOL”

“I had an absolutely WONDERFUL first experience here with Dr. Susan Peters and the curly haired gentleman whose name escapes me. They were the only 2 people running the place on Sunday and you would never know. They were incredibly patient and kind to my very nervous dog, Honey. They didn’t rush or appear overwhelmed while running the show alone. Both of them were smiling the entire visit and answered my questions well. It’s almost like they actually LIKE their jobs! I appreciate their time and patience more than they could know. It was a refreshing vet visit for sure….so much so that I’m strongly considering making this our new vet office even though it’s a bit of a drive.”
