Tore molding off my car, ownee blames me says no way the pressure from water or deyers did it..... left vs right(missing)... Also both Father and Son blame Kia for this not their car wash..... They are not responsible for anything done while in their car wash bays, this has turned into a $140 car wash...

I just left there after spending $15 for premium wash. I pulled in, machine began spraying soap on windshield and then just stopped. I waited for several minutes and nothing happened. I pulled out and back around, the closed sign was lit up above the door and the machine was still just sitting there, not spraying or moving.
I tried to call phone number listed but got no answer.

Don't waste your time if you want to use your debit card to pay. You start with a pitifully short 3 minutes, and each time you press the 'add time' button, it adds a whopping 15 seconds.

The last few times I’ve been to this car wash, I’ve been not been very happy, but today is the last day I ever go here. Paid $15 for a premium wash and it didn’t even put the soap on my car. Just blew out air. Drove away with my car just as dirty as it was when I went in. Also awhile ago, my mom used her card here and it ended up getting hacked somehow afterwards. We tried calling the number listed here but it said that it’s no longer in service.

I paid the 15.00 just now, and I don't even think it touched the bottom right side of my car. Also, there's still bird poop on the hood of my car. Very unhappy.

Went to the car wash and paid with a credit card. The door wouldn’t open, so I inserted my card again. The car wash was fine, but the next day I noticed that my credit card was charged twice. I called the number for “problems” and spoke to a male who promised he would mail me or drop off coupons for the error. Never received anything and will never go back!

Went for a car wash yesterday and was charged twice. The phone number on Google is not accurate. Lesson learned to use cash at places like this.

Have been coming here for at least 15 years with multiple vehicles. Never had any real issues. The do it yourself bays have always worked fine except once where the scrub brush wasn't doing anything. The touch less automatic have always worked fine and do a decent job. Never had anything break off my cars before like Tommy's car wash where the washer rollers bent my license plate and popped out a rear quarter panel on my 4runner. Prices are cheaper than those ones also.

I’ve been going to this car wash for about as long as it’s been open. I’m fairly certain that it’s switched ownership a few times, and I have had three or four issues over the years, nothing major, but every single time there was an issue I was able to call in and let them know what was going on. Not only did they return my call, they are more than compensated me for each incident. One of those incidents was actually just an issue with a broken handle or something, but it had no effect on my wash that time, I just wanted to make them aware. Even knowing that, they still sent me a few complimentary car washes, I feel like that says a lot for a company. Even compared to the big in and out car washes with memberships, this is still one of my favorites
