Excellent experience from start to finish, Caleb was GREAT in helping my husband and I choose the right vehicles for us, then take the time to show us all about them making it fun and interesting, Mr Sanchez and Joe and Robin were also very nice to us and so helpful throughout the trade ins and paperwork, we definitely recommend Fredericktown Chevrolet with the highest ratings!

Caleb was so knowledgeable and helpful about the truck while test driving it. Michael was kind and organized in helping the paperwork. Robin works like a champ, she knew all the answers when I had a question. We actually came back to this location because Austin in still in the service department. He is a great employee, hope you realize that.

Called last week about a vehicle I was interested in but was unable to come in right away due to work and I let them know I would be available in a couple days to come in. Was told by the sales lady that she would contact me if someone was interested before I could come in to purchase. Showed up a couple days later like I told them and the vehicle was sold from underneath me. Will no longer purchase new vehicles from them or use their service department. Highly recommend finding a larger dealer that isn't hurting for sales.
