I am a Minister and I went to the Fredericktown Goodwill to shop for some affordable items. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Jess was! She really helped me and was patient and friendly.I would recommend Goodwill in Fredericktown to anyone, and be sure sure sure to ask for Jess!

I had a priced item that I really needed and cashier wouldn’t sell them and said the price was wrong. Everything here is so overpriced anyways but I thought I found a pair of shoes for my kids and she took them. Never experienced this kind of treatment at a goodwill. Sucks.

Please train your employees the correct way to refill a 100lb propane tank, this is the 4th time it was overfilled, and can be dangerous. They do not use the bleed screw correctly, they only bleed for like 30 seconds and then shut it and pump 24 gallon into a tank that holds 25 gallons when it's brand new and empty.

Who are they really helping? It's used and donated stuff !!! Goodwill prices are getting way out of hand. It's ridiculous!!!! I can get brand new items at Walmart cheaper than I can here? I'm done with goodwill

Same stuff, different day. I overheard a customer in this store tell her granddaughter "cmon, let's go, this is too rich for my blood. This is supposed to ne Goodwill, with Goodwill prices. " Yeah, Goodwill prices now are overpriced used merchandise, or junk made on China you can get anywhere for a cheaper price!

I travel for work and always visit the local goodwill thrift stores. However this is the highest priced goodwill that I have ever visited. I will never be back. This has gotten so out of control with putting prices on free donated items that are less expensive brand new in retail stores.
