Kristen was amazing to work with! She helped me calm down during a stressful time and even helped me find a solution that wasn’t going to break my bank! The guy driving the tow truck was also amazing! Cannot remember his name, but that’s not because he didn’t tell it to me! Very personable people! Highly recommend!

The young lady did not have anything ready to open causing her to become flustered. The more flustered she became the more rude she got. Don't get me wrong she tried. But I think she could use a little more training

I really appreciate the help and how clean this place was well organized and had a ATM the ladies that work here were very helpful. The restroom was super clean and had extra for the ladies. FYI. Also, they service vehicles and also have towing triple A excepted. Semi and campers welcome across the street. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're broke down on 71 north between Polaris columbus Ohio and Cleveland ohio. It's called Mikes Diesel & RV. I will post pics of the business cards. Words can’t describe how much I am thankful for these guys! My turbo blew up on my 12.7 Detroit semi truck. Amanda with the first call and sending out the tow with a reasonable price too get me off the side of the road. And kev and Damion extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was outstanding. Not only did the take the day helping me find a used turbo too get me rolling within the same day they also outsourced a truck too get my load dropped at the deliver near by making sure I didn’t get a claim. 10/10 would use these guys again!!!

I was in the area and needed a valve-stem replaced on one of my tires because it was broken. The mechanic got it done quick, topped off the air in the rest of my tires, and only charged a small fee.

I had my to have my truck towed and my insurance company sent Mike's out to tow it and the driver that showed up was very helpful and took pride in his work I would recommend them to anyone plus we knew the driver cause my ole man is a retired tow truck driver thank you Mike's towing for saving the day and towing my truck in to the shop

So much more than just a gas station! Was having trouble with our class A motorhome while traveling through the area. Marc was able to get us back on the road within the hour. So grateful for the amazing service!
