Destinee was great. However I still have problems with my phone and went back and talked to the manager and she was useless. I asked for help and got none. I am a 72 year old man who relies on my phone and left the store with problems limiting my coverage and she laughed about it as I left. Totally horrible store manager. Still

My screen on my phone was broken, and due to my job I need to be able to be reached. I went in a little scattered, but the young ladies were great. They calmed me down and helped me tremendously. They took their time and explained everything, I did not feel rushed. I even apologized for taking up so much of their time (2hrs) but they were so kind and said no worries we are here for you!

Change into new phones has always been a high anxiety thing for me. This was the best experience ever my agent. Kaitlyn Marten was awesome and your new system that matched phone to phone was wonderful. Great experience will tell everyone.

I was super frustrated yesterday. Dropped my phone in the toilet. Went to AT&T and met the representative destinee. From start to finish, my panic was gone. It was just a very flawless, smooth transaction. Thank you Destinee!!

I went into the fremont store today. After spending 2 days on the phone trying to switch my old number to my new phone. A lady named Angelina B. helped me. She was over the top great. Absolutely knowledgeable at what she does. Wonderful personality. Wonderful customer service..I was at my wits end , and she made my day..I walked in hating the company and because of her left so happy and satisfied..true professional in her field..I think her boss should do something special for her. Get her lunch at least. What a nice helpful patient lady!!! Mary! ☺️

The store is clean and well represented. The store reps are very helpful and kind. The only problem is most of the time outside of selling products or signing up services they can’t help you fix problems with your billing or account. It’s always that you need to call Customer Service. If they made it so the reps could help you in the store it would save a lot of aggravation.
