“I recently been taking my car to Jake's Auto repair they are my now go to shop. Not only was the services efficient but they were also incredibly honest and transparent. They took the time to explain the problems clearly and showed me exactly what needed fixing. They never tried to upsell me on anything. I had several problems my ac/heat, starter , bushings on both front ends and the drums in the back will be next. They told me right out the gate in order of priorities so I could still drive while we get one thing at a time done. I feel comfortable there and trust them.”
“My daughter usually changes her own oil. Silly girl I said no you're pregnant and you are not getting under a car. She'd already bought all the stuff for the job. She called them and told them her mom said no. They said bring your stuff we'll do it. 2 days later I go, oil change in maybe 20 minutes. I'll be going back to get my brakes done very soon. I sat in their little waiting room and it was my first time in a long time I was able to chill. Very comfortable thanks!!!”

After calling around Firestone had a replacement tire if we needed one, After they checked the tire out they were able to patch it and were able to continue our trip home to Decatur Michigan.
