“My daughter usually changes her own oil. Silly girl I said no you're pregnant and you are not getting under a car. She'd already bought all the stuff for the job. She called them and told them her mom said no. They said bring your stuff we'll do it. 2 days later I go, oil change in maybe 20 minutes. I'll be going back to get my brakes done very soon. Every staff member I spoke with felt genuine and engaged. I didn't feel like I was just being walked through the store as nothing more than a way for them to make money.
The parts desk staff was outstanding as well, as was the financing office staff.
This place should be the standard other shops go off for how to sell and finance to consumers.
I will definitely be telling all my buddies to shop here when they're ready to buy their bikes.”
