If you have any issues, talk with Edith Martinez — she will take care of you. I arrived around 4:50 PM, close to closing time, and she still helped me without rushing at all. She took her time to explain everything clearly, even though the bank was about to close in 10 minutes. She stayed past 5 PM to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied.
