“I took my friend Dave to spoke life cycle. He needed tires for his bike however Mike the store manager was looking at the rims and noticed that 5 spokes we're broke. He suggested that he purchased a new bike. David didn't have the money and he was attached to this old bike. Mike spent quite a bit of time helping David with his problem. In the end Mike had found a rim tires and inner tubes. When he put the information into the computer for David he saw David had $100 credit. Quite simply Mike made it happen and David was very pleased. I'm not into bicycles myself, but I do know good customer service when I see it. And I saw that on full display with the way Mike handled the whole situation.”
