I've had Ferrellgas for years now. Always been with their delivery as stated. I paid for the very first time with my Debit Card...Convenient yes but would like to see the option of a copy of the transaction sent to my Email address...Nothing was given to me!!!

Service has always been good. However last tank of propane was $3.66/gal. I checked a competitor's price and they said theirs has not been over $2.17/gal all winter. Ferrellgas charges a Hazmat fee, competitor does not. I am switching providers.

The gentleman that delivers is always friendly. We usually have a conversation. My bedroom window faces tank, so I open window and we chat while tank is filling.

Customer service has always been "pleasant" as far as professional and courteous employees. However, their pricing is the highest out of 7 companies that we checked with before we switched in September. We had to compare EVERYTHING. Leased versus owned tanks, no delivery or hazmat fees. We got sick and tired the last 4 years of the necessity "YEARLY" to call all the other suppliers for our area to find the best price .....?? Then and ONLY then did they even try to get CLOSE???? NOT HAPPENING AGAIN..... THIS YEAR WAS A JOKE WITH THEIR PRICE OF $309.9 AND THAT WAS THEIR BEST????? PRICE?
