We were on the toll road and got an alert one tire was losing air we found Fremont Ohio had tire repair stores. After calling around Firestone had a replacement tire if we needed one, After they checked the tire out they were able to patch it and were able to continue our trip home to Decatur Michigan. They were very helpful and understanding.

In my opinion the best tire shop in Fremont. Honest, Trustworthy, and fair are how I describe this place.. Needs to expand to a bigger shop with more parking as it can become very busy.

A dealership previously told me I needed new brakes. Firestone called me and told me that's not true and they were almost new. I appreciate the honesty and will be getting my vehicle serviced here whenever I'm in town.

Booked an appointment online had a confirmation. Took half a day off work only to get there and them tell me they can’t do an oil change today, I’ll need to schedule it out another 3-4 days. Horrible service

Normaly do business at the fremont ohio firestone. But decided to visit the sandusky ohio location this time. I made my appointment over a week ahead for 9 am.I called before to make sure everything was still ago. I dropped my car off before 9 walked to have brekfast at a near by restaurant, returned a hour later to my car still sitting in the same parking spot and had never been touched. They never informed me when i walked in that they we a hour behind or bothered to call me to say hey we are running behind time. I asked for my keys back. I called fremont they could get me in same day at noon. I arrived to FREMONT FIREStone about 15 min late which I called and informed them. They still pulled my car in the shop upon my arrival and had all 4 tires installed and checked my alignement all within a timely matter. I will never go anywhere but FREMONT again.

The gentlemen who helped me were very nice and they got me in right away. That was great. However, when I ask how much a service will cost I want to know how much it actually will cost. I was told an amount but I was not told that sales tax and shop supplies would be added on to it. So you can imagine my surprise when the service was much more expensive than I was told. So, I won't be using their facility again.

I was traveling (a 7 hr trip) and about half way through I started hearing a concerning noise. They graciously took my vehicle in and inspected it to make sure it was safe to drive. I'm very grateful for their help. Excellent service!

Took my wife's 2014 Jeep in for breaks. They said they called and left a message but didn't bother to make sure they called the right number or call back a second time to confirm. So they had her Jeep all day and did nothing. Very disappointed in there service.

The manager is kind, friendly, and professional. I had an appointment for new tires and he made sure to get me in at my appointment time, which was very important to me. Everything went well and I'd suggest Firestone over tireman all day because with Firestone my tires have not leaked, which is fantastic!!
