“I had taken my wife's engagement ring in to be repaired as it had split. They initially fixed it and had to have it sent out to be plated to restore the shine to the ring, but warned that the repair might not hold as the material was very thin in that area. After a reasonable quote for the repair and a couple weeks to get the ring back it was about 2 months and the ring split in the same area as before. When I called and explained the situation they were quick to recommend a more permanent solution and added a half shank to the ring, strengthening it and having to get it re-plated and cleaned.
The ring looks as good as it ever did and I thank the folks at Harvey Oaks being reasonable, professional, and very helpful every step fo the way.”
