“We worked with AG Credit on the loan for new home construction. Not every company offers these and I interviewed more than a few before deciding on them. I worked with Kathy Talbert who was super responsive during the process. I will say New Construction loans are not as straitforward as new home sales, so put your mind in that position to start.
I would have given them a great review regardless, but a few months after the close Kathy texted me and said I was eligible to lower my rate based on dropping market conditions for a small fee. That is one of the great features of them vs anyone else I talked to. Really takes the risk out of building now vs later. The part that blew me away, is she contacted me. That is a partner in my definition.”
